The golf cart was wrecked from previous renter. The washing machine was broken and could not be used.
Location was good and family enjoyed the stay other than the couple inconveniences.

We were a group of 13 adults and children and this unit was virtually perfect. Although we did have a problem with the washing machine, the property manager did their best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Although the pool was small it was perfect for just leisurely cooling off during the day or after returning from the beach. I would recommend this unit for any large group or family.

Great home & location! Plenty of room & we liked the set up and lay out of the home. The alarm on the doors leading to the pool made us feel more assured that none of our littles were heading out without us knowing. The beds were so comfy! We loved having the golf cart & there were so many beach chairs, wagon, etc in the garage that were an added bonus. The heated pool was a big hit with our littles. We would def rent again!

Surf Song was an amazing house, and Diamond Gulf Rentals was great from the second we booked until the moment we left. We ended up arriving into town a couple hours early on check in day and they were kind enough to allow us early entry into the home!
We arrived to a spotless house, and a free bottle of rosè! So kind. Kitchen was fully equipped and house had everything we needed.
Proximity to beach was also amazing and house had every thing needed for beach - chairs, wagons, etc.
We can't wait to come back one day!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Surf Song!! The house was incredible, with plenty of space for all 12 of us to spread out! The outdoor fire pit, pool, and lounging area were wonderful to end a perfect day at the beach. This house is in the perfect location, with less than a 5 minute walk to the public beach access by Pompano Joe’s. The golf cart was an added bonus, as it was perfect to haul our coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas to the beach! The house has a large number of beach chairs available for use, which we now know for our next trip. Our group is already talking about going back to Surf Song!! We will definitely be back in the future!

7 ladies groped to celebrate for the weekend. The house was huge and accommodating. We had a small issue in one of the bedrooms and the pool size. If you are a pool person you should know that it is very small. Overall the issue was addressed and since we had the beach we managed without the pool. All of the guest were pleased with the house size and area.

Surf Song was a perfect setting for our annual family trip this year. Its proximity to everything made our stay even better. The Home itself was immaculate and we enjoyed all of the "get-away" space for the 13 of us to spread out. The golf cart was a great bonus as we used it for all of our errands and trips to the beach and food outings. Those that didn't ride the cart were following on the 4 bicycles or walking. The garage was well equipped for our beach outings with toys, umbrellas and beach chairs. The pool was a popular gathering place for afternoon hang outs and evening banter. Any issues (minor) were addressed promptly and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!!!!!

The Surf Song home was a beautiful and spacious home for my family. It was convenient to the beaches and restaurants. Me and my family loved the home and the beds were all very comfortable. It was very clean and provided everything that we needed. I will definitely recommend staying here.

The house is wonderful for a whole family to enjoy and to make wonderful memories!!! We had a total of 9 adults and 2 babies. This home met every need a family of this size needed. The golf cart was just an extra bonus. Diamond Gulf Rentals was excellent to work with. Wonderful Memories made!!! So excited found out we will be adding to our family in May!!!

This place was beautiful and clean. The pictures look just like the house. I will say the pool is very tiny, a little bigger than a hot tub so it would not fit very many people. Other than that the house was wonderful! Diamond was very responsive with all our questions and helped in anyway they could! The beach was so close and the golf cart made it so easy to get there!

The pools pictures are deceiving, look’s bigger in pictures…it’s to small for small children to enjoy!! It was not very clean when we got there either!!

Beautiful home, great location close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. The house provided bicycles so it was great to go for bike rides. Cute pool, enough for our kids but it is small. The beach and sunsets were our favorite. Water is spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking. Overall great for a big group, we enjoyed our stay at Surf Song!

Great vacationing home. Grill was not cleaned when we arrived. It could have used a better cleaning prior to us arriving. Some of the dishes were dirty but placed along with the clean dishes. The ac vents and fans have a dust layer. Floors were not cleaned as well. Walls are very thin so everything can be heard. Aside of those small details, the home is very spacious. We all enjoyed fact that every floor had its own ac control. The cooking supplies provided are not very good. We had to go purchase a couple of pots and pans in order to properly make food. Curtains would have been a great addition to the home. As a light sleeper, black out curtains would have been extremely appreciated.

This house was great! It fit our large group perfectly. Diamond Gulf Rentals were great to rent thru and checked in with me via text a few times to make sure our stay was going smoothly. Walk to beach was only a short distance and the house had many chairs, umbrellas, and floats to use during our stay. The only thing I can think to mention negative was that almost all the bikes were broke, missing chains or had flat tires so we were unable to use those during our stay and the golf cart was out of alignment in the front and would jerk to the right unexpectantly while driving. I didn't mention to Diamond about these things but I'm sure they would have had someone fix the bikes while we were there, it just wasn't a priority for our group.

Very nice home. Comfy beds! Outdoor area with firepit and TV used every night, except on rain days. Pool was not warm enough to swim in, even though we paid to have it heated. That was the only negative.

We go to Destin once a year with a big group each time. This house was the best one we've stayed in so far. The bunk room is upstairs- away from the pool (Yay!). The beds had nice mattresses. We didn't run out of hot water, even with all of us taking showers at once. The fire table had propane available for it. The location is on a dead end road and was a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was amazing. The pool is small, but we had young kids with us (they loved it) and it ended up being the perfect opportunity for them to practice swimming without their life jackets. It's small size also made it reasonable priced to heat. The response time from the support team was great and I liked that they respond via text message as well. The house also came with lots of beach chairs- nice ones, not the super cheap ones. It's so nice not having to pack all that stuff or buy it when we get there. The small downsides: the close proximity to the other houses means you are looking in their backyards if you are on the top floor. Neighboring guests could be loud but that's not something the owners/support team can help- hence the 5 star review!

We rented Surf Song for Spring Break the last week of March and it was wonderful! Perfect for multiple families and close enough to beach for 6-8 year olds to easily walk. Beach access at Pompano Joe's which was great for beach lunches and cocktails! Bed were comfortable, bedrooms and closets were large, plenty of beach chairs/boogie boards, umbrellas, wagon, bikes, etc at house available to use if needed. Weather was perfect! Golf cart was great and loved having daily beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella included with the rental. Diamond Management company was easy to reach via text and provided excellent service and quick responses to any questions we had. Ice maker in the kitchen was a huge plus!! Pool is small but big enough for a few small kids to play in - we had it heated so it was plenty warm after a day at the beach. Loved the location on a dead-end street so we felt very safe.

We stayed at surf song for my sisters bachelorette trip and it could NOT have been better! All of our wishes were accommodated and even topped off with a free bottle of wine. This place was perfect for us and we will definitely be back!
