Excellent Location, near to old city and the castle. The room was big and clean. The hotel design is very unique. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great breakast. The hotel has free parking next to it. I definelty come back to this hotel.

The place is so magnificent very clean and modern the room has a lot space big bed and so romantic and the breakfast was very testy and a lot of choices tgey very good coffee with a very good service

unique place !!

The hotel is just at the heart of Ioannina and close to everything in town. It is old as in the pictures and I stayed at the Queen suite which is up the attic. It was very nice, the ed was super comfortable and so did the toilet facilities. The team was extremely kind, assisted with every request a d the breakfast had all the selection plus they made my selection of eggs. They even sorted a parking spot for me close enough. All in all a very nice place, I recommend.

The decor of the hotel was fabulous.

the bathroom was really small. we felt the staff although very pleasant definitely needed some training in the hospitality section. I ordered a gin and tonic and got gin and water and no ice!! Breakfast was a bit of a performance. instead of letting us chose what we wanted, they felt they explain and had to itemise everything.
