Pleasent host, cute small apartment, modern, good Wi-Fi and TV , bright with big windows, clean

It is not apartment on pictures, that one says it 49m2 but this one was like 30m2,broken mirror in toilet, pillow not so fresh, bedsheets torn

It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city.

Cozy, warm and clean apartment. The bus stops are only 2 minutes away, there is a non stop shop. Parking spot is included, which was comfortable for me because of the huge amount of baggage I had! The balcony come with a mountain view. The host was friendly and fast responding! Definitely value for the money!

I travel for work many times and also to Sofia. Reading the description on booking.com made me angry as its not a apartment but a small not equipped studio. Reading the text of the owner (quote: You have the whole apartment for yourself) is a simple form of a deceiving not fair marketing. Kitchen? Yes but nothing not even a pan to cook on, which I did buy in a local shop but the stove does not work! No salt, no pepper, no oil not even a single welcome coffee which 99% apartments airbnb will do in Sofia, we are talking about a little investment of lets say 2 euro? The heating will non stop be turned on but its not warm enough during the winter, I stayed 1 week and it was not that cold outside, but the average temperature did not reach the 22C, I have a picture! Now, you stay a week and you get 1 face towel and 1 body towel and that's it, so you can wash it yourself as there are no spare ones. A nice washing machine but OMG why so stingy, have ONE tablet to wash??? I had to buy myself a iron for my shirts on a broken iron table as there was a box with a picture of a iron but the box was empty! I did look around but no iron was to be found in the 20 m2! O yes I found a old bread at the Kitchen cabinet, which is simple to remove and clean for new guest! In short spoken I will file a complaint at booking.com for no fair policy and miss information. I found for the remaining 2 weeks a hotel which was 2 euros per day more but with breakfast included and closer to my office. The light is a horror and too soft at night to work, no bed or reading lamp which are so cheap No chair outside at the balcony, no table just a old ashtray with a broken lighter. It was Christmas so maybe a cheap Christmas plastic tree or a simple lamp would made me feel better. I stayed for a week, and above the price I had to buy salt, pepper, olive oil, water, pots and pans, spices, coffee instant a electric iron, a reading lamp
