El tamaño del apartamento era amplio, cómodo y ubicado en el barrio de Mont, a 5 minutos a pie del Coliseo y el Foro y muy cerca de la estación de metro de Cavour.
El menaje de la cocina era algo justo, faltaba alguna cacerola y una cafetera más grande.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The host was amazing and was on-hand to support us with any queries, helped with transport and luggage storage. The location was really central with a lot of local restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment was really spacious, clean, well equipped and in a very good location. The host was really attentive and quickly available. Definitely we would recommend this place.

Location excellent, coliseum is 5 mins walk away, lovely cafe opposite where we ate breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby for diner including an Indian restaurant just up the street for when you can't eat any more pasta or pizza (they do takeaways too).
Francesco (the host) met us at the apartment with the keys and gave us excellent advice not just about the obvious things to see, but the best time to see them to avoid crowds, where we could get the best vista's and panoramic views, and suggested we walk everywhere as the whole city is a museum. We did just that and covered 40 miles in 4 days - take comfy shoes, most of the streets are cobbled so leave you heels at home.

The location was exceptional, walking distance from almost all important attractions and the apartmentwas perfect.
Francesco was the perfect host, he did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable he was very helpful in guiding us on where and how to go around and arranged our pickup from the airport. I am calling him whenever I come back to Rome.

Very noisy outside. No elevator and we were on second floor. Pillows were very flat.

it was good located and equipped with everything
there was a room that the noise from outside was very bad , when I arrived the hosted told me about it and still sleep and here instead of my sons room so much quiet . First night we ended up sleeping all in the same room because of the noise after that I discovered if I sleep with the air pods on it was much better and after 1:30-2:00 am the noise was better

the property is well equipped, comfortable and is perfect for two couples or a group as there are two bedrooms each en suite on opposite ends of the central living area, giving maximum privacy for each bedroom. Francesco was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way assist and was very flexible both at check in and check out. the location is perfect.

Kept in regular contact with vendor so he was their upon arrival and available throughout our stay. Gave good advice about where to go and what to do.

Great location, lovely building, everything was there (soaps, dishwasher tablets etc)
The noise from the street was very loud, however there isn't much the owner can do about that!

Jacopo was very helpful and extremely nice. The appartment is beautiful, very comfortable and within walking distance of all the main attractions.
One of the bedrooms was a little bit noisy because of the street noises, the other one was however very quiet.

The location was great! We enjoyed our stay in Monti - great restaurants and bars nearby and a great location to go everywhere on foot. Just 7 minutes away from the colosseum. We only can recommend it!
To have two separate bathrooms is just great for the four of us.
And the apartment was so charming! We just loved it!
The floors could have been a little bit cleaner in the corners - the rest was impecable!

Our host spent a long time with our group going through the apartment, and his recommendations on where to go, where to eat, how to get around. This was really unexpected and appreciated. The pictures do not tell the story of this property - it really is unique and comfortable, with nice shared and private spaces. Good air-conditioning for the summer heat as well, nice kitchen and all the comforts needed. Will definitely look for this property again when back in town.
