Had everything you could ask for, all the kitchen suppliments, big pool, ac in every room. And the location is very good. Very close to shops and beaches. Great support with quick response. All in all, a great place to stay for the price.

The big lights in front and back were out of function. And the elevator was living its own life. But Top Kanaren was quick to respond and tried to sort it out. The jacuzzi and pool wasn't super clean when we arrived. But it got cleaned by maintenance twice as we were there.

Central Location

The location of the villa couldn’t be better. It is a 2 min walk to the Plaza Del Duque shopping centre and 5 min walk to Playa Fanabe. We had a car and drove to La Caleta most evenings for dinner, this was less than a 10 min drive for us. There are lots of shops, pharmacy/doctors, bars and restaurants within walking distance so it’s great with or without a car. The property itself is impressive. Very spacious and ideal for large groups travelling together.

The property although impressive is severely lacking in a number of areas. It is very tired looking, the bedding badly stained and very worn and likewise with the towels. The property is very dirty, every day we had to clean as a lot of dust seemed to gather in the bedrooms (the upstairs bedroom was a particular problem) we didn’t keep the doors open, this was old dust under the beds, it just had a very unclean feel to it. The pillows in particular were very poor quality. Nothing about the inside of this property is “luxury”. The television is at least 10 years old and only available in Spanish and the wifi non existent. Although we don’t go on holiday to sit on electronics we found this really disappointing as part of the attraction of a villa is to have a home from home experience. We also travelled with a 3 year old and it would’ve been nice to be able to stream Netflix etc without turning on our 4/5G. The hosts, like the Wi-Fi were not existent. The service from the property’s management company was absolutely abysmal. We let ourselves into the property which isn’t an issue in itself but the fact no-one came near us for the entire week to check in on our stay or to talk us through how to use certain things was extremely disappointing. We also addressed problems during our visit and had to chase the company each time for a response. We’re now back in the Uk and still haven’t heard from them. When advertising a “luxury” property, the service to go along with this very much forms part of the experience and in this case it was severely lacking. If I were the owners of the property, I’d be looking for a new management company.

Nice private villa in good vicinity to the shops, restaurants and beaches. Excellent appliances ie Hobb, oven, fridge dishwasher all top of the range.

It was advertised as a villa for 10, however it only had sun beds and room for 4 comfortably around the pool. It is for 6 persons at a push. Also there was no BBQ which we couldn’t quite believe! Could also do with more crockery and glass wear, and a dust pan and brush or hoover.

Location ideal, spacious property, fantastic pool.

A larger bed in the master suite would have been good.
