Open condominio soggiorno / zona cucina condominio è ottimo per un piccolo gruppo di viaggiatori. Il condominio è un 2 camere da letto, 1. 5 bagni con divano letto. Passeggiata per una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia che dista 1 isolato a piedi. Ci sono 3 TV con cavo / wifi e tutti i canali premium movie. La vista dal balcone / deck è una bella piscina che viene pulita ogni giorno. Ci sono molti ristoranti, bar, negozi, noleggio di biciclette e minigolf raggiungibili a piedi. Si può andare in bicicletta al faro o all'acqua e nei parchi divertimenti. L'isola è molto casuale quindi godere di essere rilassato o vestirsi per una notte in città.

Hot water heater is a bit small
Gravel lot (which are everywhere on the island) can be tough to carry luggage over.

We had a great time at a family reunion in LBI. This property worked well for us and it was glad that I had one and a half bath. Could walk right into town which was nice.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location. You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. If we had any questions, the owner was quick to respond.

The condo is beautiful as pictured and the pool in the complex is gorgeous and well-maintained. While it is 2 blocks to the beach, one of the crossings is the 4 lane wide plus LBI boulevard which is a main drag. Since we booked, our circumstances have changed which I’ll admit factors into this review. At the time of booking my husband and I were awaiting an adoption and since have been placed with a beautiful 5 month old boy. I believe this listing should feature more prominently that this is a 3rd floor walk up. I also had my father-in-law in the party who has Parkinson’s. He can walk but stairs are difficult. Finally since the vestibule was painted we had to use a side entrance which basically equated to a fire escape to load our gear in and out- a challenge as you can imagine with an infant.

The property was clean and very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner sent check-in/general property information a few weeks before our stay, which was helpful. The building is secure and located close to beach access and several restaurants/activities. The condo itself is roomy and comfortable with very little noise from the other units. The balcony overlooks the pool and faces the bay for nice sunsets. The closet for beach items was useful. Would stay again!

Andrea’s place was great. Location perfect. Clean condo and had everything we needed. Pool maintenance is impeccable, but it became annoying that the gentleman maintained it during open hours and continually each day. He huffed and puffed when my 18 year old would dip in (and say it makes it that much harder). He was literally out there each hour of every day and even closed it to scrub the walls in the middle of the afternoon. Gave us the feeling he didn’t like sharing with renters.
Besides that, this was the perfect beach vacation for my family. We rented in this complex before (11 years ago) and we were happy to see another condo being rented. It’s all about location and price for us. This was 5 stars for those two things.

The water was cold as it is early in the season but looked delightful just the same. The balcony is the perfect size for enjoying a drink and people watching. The property is beautifully landscaped and also well maintained. The only down side, which we knew of in advance as it’s in the listing, is that it’s a third floor walk up - no elevator. Enjoy some of the best seafood, ice cream, and fresh bagels just steps from the condo.

We had a hard time finding the key in the weeds by the pool & called three people before we got assistance from Vince & a guy named Bob who was an owner. Pool was great, third floor was wicked.

Our family of four (two grown ups and two teenagers) could not have asked for a better place to stay. We only had one week to decompress- but the unit had everything- including a washer and dryer and a storehouse of cleaning supplies and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was always accessible and the walk to the beach was a block and a half away. Because of work obligations I had to spend a few hours each morning managing work emails but with a strong WiFi connection and a quiet location, I was able to stay sane and enjoy the beach during the second part of the day. Tons of food options and Ship Bottom is conveniently located so you can enjoy all the food and entertainment options available on Long Beach Island. I would recommend the unit and location without any reservations. Do yourselves a favor and stay here!!

Wonderful week
We had a fantastic week in Ship Bottom, and the condo was the perfect size and layout for our family. The location put us within a short walk to the beach, bay, ice cream, restaurants, yoga, and mini golf. What else do you need on a vacation? Everyone staying in the building was friendly and helpful, and Andrea was also very responsive. Note that it is a 3rd floor walk up (we never looked for an elevator), which we didn’t mind, but would be a consideration for anyone with mobility issues.

We rented this beautiful condo only one block away from the beach. Everything was to our liking and super clean too! The kids had a blast in the swimming pool and really loved their room as well. Restaurants and shops are close by walking distance. Overall, had a great time renting this condo and will definitely come back next year.

The location of the property was the perfect distance from the beach, food & shops. The pool was exceptionally clean & refreshing!!! We saw the pool being scrubbed each morning. It was also nice having a restroom to use when you entered the lobby. The condo owner Andrea was very accommodating & helpful. She responded quickly to our questions, TY! The condo had a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a nice large shower. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The Tv’s in each room were a plus. Our complaints were carrying everything up to the third floor or down, 30 stairs each way. It was a good workout. The main complaint was the living room furniture. It was not comfortable at all. After a day at the beach or pool our suggestion would be for a comfy couch or chairs that invite you to take a nap, watch tv or just hang out as a family. This would have made it perfect.

LBI is a great place for family. You will love it!

The location of the property was the perfect distance from the beach, food & shops. The pool was exceptionally clean & refreshing!!! We saw the pool being scrubbed each morning. All you could want
Beautifully clean. Loved having two beds AND two baths. Pool was so great! Short distance to beach and the best seafood at ShipBottom Shellfish. Andrea was super helpful!

Great spacious condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and cozy! Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the grandparents. The kids loved putting the code in for the keyless entry. This third floor Unit had a nice view of the pool where their grandparents would sit to watch us swim. The beach is only a short walk. The only downside was having to cross the busy Blvd. Loved having the washer and dryer right in the unit. Thank you for a great week with our family!

we stayed here this past week with our two children (10,11). the check-in process was easy, and the condo was clean, well kept, and pretty spacious. the location was very close to the ocean and bay beaches and walking distance to many restaurants. the condo itself is on the third floor (no elevator), so carrying our stuff in wasnt the easiest, but we managed and the rest of the time it was fine. the pool was small but very clean and nice to have available to use. overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
