Very convenient for the station. Took 5mins to walk with 2 cases.
Check on Google street-view and the entry instructions become clear. Patricia 'buzzed' us in and showed us the room and facilities.
Breakfast is basic but gets you started the next day.
Mentioned this to Patricia and you can't have it all. The Family room overlooks Corso Italia and there was some noise from
shopkeepers closing and opening their shutters. But convenience outweighed this.
Patricia can't store luggage but if you go back to the station, go inside and turn left there is a supervised luggage store. It costs 5 Euros per case no matter what size and is open to 'til 21:00hrs.

Very clean. Located 5 minutes from the station. There is an elevator
This is not a hotel, but a room in an apartment in which the owner lives. The mattress is uncomfortable
