Bella casa moderna con fantastica vista di Block Island nel villaggio tranquillo di Matunuck. Cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia della città South Kingstown per il surf dolce e un parco giochi. Una breve corsa in bicicletta a Moonstone Beach (riserva naturale), Mary carpentieri Beach e "fori profondi" Beach (surf e la pesca).

Our second year staying here and it couldn’t have been any more perfect. The cottage offers all you need. I love how peaceful the area is, the only thing between the cottage and the ocean is a field of Queen Anne’s lace! Matunuck is a special place and we are grateful to get to stay in this cottage and make the best family memories. It is clean, more than enough room for my extended family to sleep, laundry and a full kitchen and a grill. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This property is perfect if you want to walk to the beach and are able to see the ocean from the front porch. Plenty of room to cook, eat and enjoy each other. With 2 bathrooms it was perfect for our large family. I had my WHOLE family there. It was perfect. The property is exactly as described. Host responded to any questions I had asked. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Great view of an open field and the ocean and block island!....Nice house, lots of windows, nice neighborhood!...beach short walk, very nice beach Park, pretty & small comfortable....House could use sheets for the beds, towels, maybe full complement of dishes small bowls, glasses and cups....same style....Very comfortable house, Nice master bedroom, wardrobe and bath....would return!
