Second stay here. Clean and well-equipped like last year. Some confusion as to which boat slip we were supposed to use, but we worked that out with the other renter. It was alittle noisier this year, due to some other fishermen close by, but still enjoyed this location and will likely rent this place again next summer!

We rented these cottages because we celebrated my son's high school graduation party in the park. We wanted access to a refrigerator and a place to lay down while enjoying the festivities. The Cottage and the Franklin were perfect for this occasion. We had family from out of state staying at the Franklin. It was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint i have is the goose poop around the yard. I picked it all up because we built our fire to roast marshmallows on the side of the house.

Very clean. Boat dock included with bonus of being 50 feet away and not one issue with anything in the place. Called owner because hadn’t received email on key pad code which was a cellular malfunction and immediately answered phone and explained that he did email it and immediately gave me the information needed so there was absolutely no inconvenience whatsoever. Also left a pair of boots which i was contacted immediately and made aware of to ask how I wanted to handle it. So long story short great service great place friendly staff and owner 👍👍👍👍

Was just the right size and location for us. We brought our boat and it stayed in the slip right in front of us all week. Went fishing almost every day of our stay! The chest freezer in the dining room was perfect for freezing our catch to take home. Grill outside was adequate for us. Enjoyed sitting on patio watching the other boats come and go. We are likely to book this one again!

Perfect location to Marina. Enjoyed the perch fishing off the docks. Housekeeping was great. Very clean.
Could use some umbrellas for picnic tables. All in all very happy we will be back.

Fishing Trip
Exceptional!!! We had a great time, we were able to bring our fishing boat from Maine and use the slip in front of the cottage. It was well maintained and we're able to get supplies when needed. Will definitely book again. Fishing was fantastic as well, caught fish every day.

When we arrived it was dark and raining. We could see a lot of goose droppings when we brought our dog outside. We went for a walk then back inside to bed. The next day was sunny and we put our chairs up to water and went fishing all day. My husband cleared away goose poop so we could have a space for our dog to lay down. Overall it was a great time. Location was just what we wanted.

Cottage was perfect for a couple of days of fishing , place was clean but did have an issue with ants on the sink counter each day , Tony was a big help with fixing the entry door lock so thank you Tony! Other than the ants and door lock issue place was nice .

From a fisherman’s stand point you can’t ask for a better location. Convenient to all major creeks and rivers in western NY and plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience shopping.

Olcott, NY property
The cottage was very nicely decorated. The freezer section of the refrigerator was most unacceptable. Door will open only a very limited space making it difficult to get items in and out especially ice cube trays filled with water. The pictures on the site are misleading. There is no fire pit or gas grill.

Great little cottage with a boat dock. Perfect location. Clean accommodations. Pet friendly is a big plus being that I travel with my dogs at all times. I would definitely rent it again when fishing this region.

Great little cottage with a boat dock. Perfect location. Clean accommodations. Pet friendly is a big plus being that I travel with my dogs at all times. I would definitely rent it again when fishing this region.

The accommodations had everything we needed. We had a little confusion on which door to use to enter! Once it we found the correct door, we found the cottage comfortable and neat and enjoyed watching the work being done on the docks at the marina.

Cute little cottage, well maintained. But was unaware there would not be a fire pit due to the boats being right there, which was a disappointment. The blinds don’t work great as many of the slats need to be replaced. Kept falling off while trying to open and close them. A ton of goose poop all over the deck and grass areas. The marina seems to be very industrial and there was a lot of loud construction going on our entire stay. Maybe it would’ve been a lot quieter another time! But overall it was ok! Fast communication with the owner. Cottage cute, clean and practical! Awesome they allow dogs!

It was 116 degrees when we left our Phoenix home and a cool 75 degrees when we arrived at the cottage. Heaven! We loved sleeping in the comfortable bed with the windows open, enjoying the cool lake breezes. My husband woke up each morning and headed out the front door to fish and wave to the boats heading out of the marina. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with farms and vineyards. We enjoyed a visit to nearby Old Fort Niagara and walks along the shore of Lake Ontario. We prepared lots of meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We have beautiful sunsets in Phoenix, but I don't think we've enjoyed any of them as much as watching the sun set over the lake from the kitchen table at the cottage.

It was 116 degrees when we left our Phoenix home and a cool 75 degrees when we arrived at the cottage. Heaven! We loved sleeping in the comfortable bed with the windows open, enjoying the cool lake breezes. My husband woke up each morning and headed out the front door to fish and wave to the boats heading out of the marina. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with farms and vineyards. We enjoyed a visit to nearby Old Fort Niagara and walks along the shore of Lake Ontario. We prepared lots of meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We have beautiful sunsets in Phoenix, but I don't think we've enjoyed any of them as much as watching the sun set over the lake from the kitchen table at the cottage.

Two night getaway
My fiancé and I stayed at the Cottage for two nights and loved every minute of it! The Cottage had everything we need. We used the charcoal grille one night and it worked perfect. We will 100% be back!

Our stay was amazing! The cottage is fully loaded with all the essentials needed. From the kitchen to the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The cottage is spacious. Easy to contact the host, he and I shared a laugh (lol). The locals gave us a warm welcome. Also, my husband met a few fellow US Veterans. What's more, there was a Fishing Tournament going on, and a few friendly fishermen promised us fish for dinner once they returned. They honored their promise, and they gave us salmon, three to be exact! We were even invited to their boat , decked in front of cottage to watch them gut and fillet the fish. We used the gas grill on the premises, and cooked sides in the kitchen. I forgot to pack a couple spices that I needed, so I was glad to find several spices in the kitchen cabinet. Overall, we will stay here again!
