Una delle migliori posizioni su Tybee. Accesso alla spiaggia privata. Una facile passeggiata per negozi, ristoranti e il molo. Dai un'occhiata alle nostre recensioni! Grandi tariffe autunno e inverno. Check-in anticipato e check-out posticipato se la casa non è prenotata il giorno prima o il giorno successivo al soggiorno. Ora in corso le prenotazioni dell'estate 2020. Per giugno e luglio, minimo sette notti. Arrivi il sabato.
Il nostro rinnovato cottage Tybee del 1930 è uno dei pochi cottage privati disponibili per il noleggio all'estremità meridionale. Dal nostro lotto, ci sono cento passi per le dune. È una casa a due piani con zone soggiorno separate su ogni livello. La casa si trova su una strada privata senza traffico. I bambini piccoli adorano giocare nelle pozze di marea sulle spiagge di questa estremità dell'isola. I tramonti sul Little Tybee sono incredibili.
Unica per Tybee, la casa ha un sacco in più per dare ai bambini più spazio per giocare. Il lotto extra offre anche un ampio parcheggio per una vacanza di gruppo in spiaggia. Layout della casa perfetto per le famiglie con una suite familiare, sale giochi e molti giochi. La posizione consente di parcheggiare l'auto e di non guidare mai più. A pochi passi da ristoranti o semplicemente per ottenere un cono di neve.
La casa è abbastanza grande per diverse famiglie. Al piano superiore, ci sono due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. La "sala da sole" è il luogo ideale in cui riunirsi in gruppo e comprende un pianoforte. Ha anche un divano letto matrimoniale. Inoltre, c'è una sala da pranzo fuori dalla cucina, così come una sala da pranzo con abbastanza spazio per 12 persone per la cena. Un luogo perfetto per tutti per condividere la giornata con un ottimo pasto.
Al piano inferiore c'è una camera da letto separata con bagno privato, letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. La suite si apre sul ponte posteriore. Il letto matrimoniale è separato dai letti singoli con una tenda per la privacy. Al piano inferiore comprende anche una sala giochi, un divano letto queen size con un rivestimento aggiuntivo in memory foam per il massimo comfort, gioco di biliardino, 1/2 bagno extra e lavanderia. Inoltre, c'è una doccia privata esterna.
Ci piace intrattenere, quindi ci sono due ponti fuori. Viene fornita anche una grande griglia a gas.
La casa dispone anche di internet ad alta velocità, wifi e via cavo.
Riposati tranquillamente per una vacanza "senza preoccupazioni", dato che abbiamo anche un cottage per custodi all'interno della proprietà. 'Zio John' sarà sicuro che tutto con la casa sia perfetto. John è membro della nostra famiglia da molti anni, quindi sarà lieto di aiutarti in qualsiasi modo.

The cottage was fascinating to us. Very unique and fun to stay at for sure. We stayed for a month so we got very familiar with the building along with the surroundings and the beach which really does have a private access point. We had family members visit during our stay and they all loved the cottage and of course the beach. All of bedrooms and the entire downstairs family suite were used by our family at some point during our stay. Nobody had any issues or problems whatsoever about their sleeping quarters. We did have one minor glitch with the AC which was resolved by Craig, the caretaker, within 10 minutes. Our host, Mike, was very communicative but not annoyingly so. In fact, we had no issues to report so at one point he reached out to me just to see how things were going which I found very positive. I would love to sit down with him and talk about the history of the house and his experiences on Tybee. He just seemed that interested and concerned about our stay. Maybe next time? If we have the opportunity to visit the island again with family we will certainly stay here again. All and all our stay at cottage was excellent!

This home has an authentic charm, hard to find in Tybee. It is also much larger than the website conveys. 8 of us fit here comfortably.

We really enjoyed Tybee Island! The house was so close to beach access! Nice neighborhood that seemed safe & family friendly. There were definitely quirks with the house, but we knew some of that going in. The host shares a document with lots of helpful info including restaurants & grocery stores, etc. The kitchen had enough cookware, plates, cups, utensils, etc, along with cooking oil & spices. The DR has a great large table! There was seating on the small upper deck, & more options in the backyard. The lawn was a bit long. The bathrooms were small, being an older home. The downstairs shower was small & short, & the slatted door was broken. The upstairs shower is older, & the sink has nowhere to put anything down (even soap). There is some small, shallow wall shelving nearby & some space in a large cabinet over the toilet. We wiped dust/ hair off both before using. The downstairs beds were comfortable for 2 of our group. Oddly, there was a partially open window with an extension cord running outside. The downstairs half bath is through the laundry room. Both were nice to have, though it did seem like more of a "basement" space. The other 2 of our group slept in the interior room upstairs. The bed was soft & comfortable. The upstairs rooms are small, but adequate. Main areas are clean. Some areas needed attention (shelves, nightstands, kitchen drawers, some less common areas, etc). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the lovely beach, & we had great weather in early April!

This beautiful old home is in a wonderful location on Tybee. We enjoyed our morning walks to enjoy coffee on the beach and the easy access to our favorite part of the island. The house itself is comfortable! Slept very well and the beds were comfy. The cleanliness of the home on the other hand was quite disappointing. It was clear that the home had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while considering the dust under the beds and dressers. The bathrooms were not that impressively clean either. Our son and his family used the bottom floor of the home and had several issues with broken beds and unsafe spindles on the staircase. The handyman lives on the property and did remedy the situation temporarily but works needs to be done to get this home up to par in both cleaniness and safety before I would recommend to anyone. The owner did give a small compensation for the broken bed and the caretaker was very kind on the plus side:))
