Cordial Beach Hotel Da Nang

Hana the recepcionist was só loving, caring and useful. I really liked Cordial, the location is fantastic and very reasonable priced. Thank you Hana and all her team. I will be back!

A warm and welcoming stay. Hana at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of choices.

Very good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.

The toilet seat is slightly broken at one corner.

The beds and pillows were super comfy. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not all. Great location! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute Grab to the downtown core.

There are two Cordial Hotels. The smaller one is very loud. There are venders using PA systems in the street till 11pm. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The floors weren’t swept and clean towels and dishes were literally left in a pile on the chair. Sometimes a dirty glass was left behind. Wrappers and such were not disposed of by house cleaning. My first room didn’t have a safety deposit box so they gave me a new room for which I was grateful. The final straw was when they sprayed pesticide on my floor for an ant problem. My eyes were burning so they moved me to another floor. Then moved me to the newer hotel again, grateful however three room changes in the first five days after a 23 hour flight was not at all relaxing.
