Great Location with Tropical Backyard Oasis!
Guest House indipendente completamente arredata. Molti servizi inclusi con prenotazione: Utilità, Sistema di sicurezza ADT, Box WiFi esclusivo, cavo completo w / DVR, 2 biciclette e un vialetto separato per auto !! È disponibile anche il pass per la spiaggia (tra cui 2 sedie a sdraio, tavolo e ombrellone). Situato a soli 2 5 isolati da tutta l'azione su Atlantic Avenue e circa 1 miglio dalla spiaggia! Goditi la tua oasi tropicale nel cortile sul retro con tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone, barbecue grill, area bar coperta Tiki, letto Cabana accanto a uno stagno cascata, set di gioco Jenga a grandezza naturale, freccette, ecc ... Ottima atmosfera per cenare, intrattenere, prendere il sole, leggere, rilassarsi, dormire ... privato e tranquillo. A pochi passi da tutti i ristoranti, gallerie, bar e discoteche su Atlantic Avenue, nonché una navetta gratuita su e giù per la striscia e in spiaggia !!

Hosts were very friendly and we felt welcomed at all times.They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, museum, library and Saturday Farmer's Market. Beach is seven minutes by car and bout 30 minutes walking.

This is such a cute place! Terri is an amazing host! Anything we needed, she provided for us immediately. Very well equipped little house. We loved being only 2 blocks from Atlantic and we ate there almost every night for a month (great happy hours!). I highly recommend for a single person or a couple!

Terri is a great host and a nice person. The cottage is clean and well stocked with everything you need. I stayed a month. The last two weeks my girlfriend stayed with me and it definitely got smaller with two people but is acceptable. Location is its best asset. Only negative was the couch. It needs to be replaced.

Terri is a wonderful and caring host at her beautiful cottage in Delray Beach!Without a question she is an animal lover and also very knowledgeable about what’s good in the area. I am relocating to Southern Florida, and found the cottage a peaceful place in an incredible location, just steps away from the thriving restaurant row Delray Beach has to offer.Also walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway and this thing called The Ocean… when it was time to unwind after days spent doing relocation due dilligence, interviews and getting documents scanned, this cottage was in the perfect location for me to either stay in and relax, or venture out for a nite cap on the water!!Cannot recommend highly enough! Delray Beach is such a fun place, I decided to find a place here and stay!!
