Lake Tahoe Chalet situato a due isolati dalla spiaggia di Tahoe City è vicino a sciare, a pochi passi da canottaggio, golf, rafting sul fiume, escursioni, andare in bicicletta. Questo grazioso chalet nuovo dispone di tre camere da letto e due bellissimi bagni. La cucina è elegante con ripiani in granito e pavimenti in legno e un camino in pietra del fiume per scaldarti di notte. Le finestre a due piani rivolte a sud permettono al sole di scaldare l'intera casa durante il giorno. Ci sono viste sul lago dalle camere al piano superiore e una graziosa alcova con balcone con una bella vista per sedersi e prendere un caffè la mattina o un bicchiere di vino durante la notte. Un caminetto nella camera da letto principale controllata da telecomando ti consente di entrare dal tuo letto e puoi immergerti nella vasca sovradimensionata e goderti il calore del caminetto nel bagno padronale. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere con due letti ciascuna che possono essere trasformate in un re. C'è anche un ripiegamento per dormire una persona in più nella nicchia del balcone dove si trovano la biblioteca e i giochi di prestito. Piastrelle e rocce incantevoli insieme al lavoro di artisti locali aggiungono fascino ed eleganza allo chalet. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti i piatti, pentole e padelle necessarie per cucinare un delizioso pasto e sono disponibili una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice. a te.

We stayed in the winter months with our two young kids. Had a lovely time. House was clean, well located, and it was an easy check-in and out process. No complaints.

This is a spacious yet cozy cabin with all the amenities you need, plus easy access by foot to trail and Tahoe City restaurants and shops.
We enjoyed our family holiday there and appreciated all the holiday decorations Carrol had put up.

I stayed here with my wife, two young kids, mother, and aunt. We all were quite comfortable. The house was very clean and charming. Carrol is an amazing host with great communication. She even sent us a driveway cam video of a bear that walked through the first night we were there (the kids loved it!). The location can’t be beat at just a short and easy walk to shops, restaurants, lake trail, marina, and beach of Tahoe City. Highly recommend this home for family fun and amazing memories!

We have stayed here several times and definitely plan to return to this chalet. Walkable to town and many trails. This chalet has all the amenities needed for a comfortable and fun stay.

This was my first trip to the Lake Tahoe area in the summer. I had never been to Tahoe City, but I will never stay anywhere else if I go back to Lake Tahoe in the summer. It is a quaint town of shops, restaurants and tourist activities all within a short walk from the house (which itself is quite lovely). And Tahoe City is nicely located in between gravity biking at NorthStar and hiking at Emerald Bay!

First of all the beds are comfortable, which is such a deal killer with so many other cabins. We loved all the small touches like the gas fireplace in the master, which was double-sided for the master bath as well. (On top of the major stone fireplace in the living room) Also, the individual reading lights on either side of the king bed came in handy. Completely decked out kitchen with everything you could want - even spices that you won’t have to run to the store for! If you have kids, this is great separation with the master downstairs and two more bedrooms upstairs with their own bath. Walking distance to everything in Tahoe City. Double bonus: our dog, he loved it too and spent much time taking sun baths on the ample deck. We’ll return!

Great space, and an amazing location. It was perfect for what we needed, and more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Our host communicated with us quickly and helped us when we needed it. Would book again!

We had a great family ski vacation at this chalet during epic snow. Snow removal in Tahoe City is impressive and well managed. Carrol was very accommodating with a change of plans to arrive ahead of the storm and very quick to respond to requests. Wonderful trip!

Great location to walk to restaurants and the lake. Short drive to Palisades (long with traffic though). Love the fireplaces, the house warmed quickly and became cozy. Was great to be able to bring our dog.

This house is a gem. The location is the best, in a quiet residential street but walking distance to the town and Lake Tahoe! 15 min from Palisades. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped with everything you need! So many fun board games and a cozy fireplace. We had a great time!

We went in the summer and the property worked very well for my partner and I and our dog. The location is great, especially for taking the dog for long walks along the lake and walk-ability of restaurants and the beach.

There is also a small dog park just at the end of the street which was great for our dog. The house is also less than 15 minutes away from Palisades mountain which was so convenient! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. We will definitely look to book again if we make another trip back to Tahoe!

Bed spots were as advertised - a king bed and couch pullout (if needed) on the first floor, plus two twins, two more twins/one queen-ish bed (if pushed together), and a small futon on the second floor. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishware, and spices you need. The living room is really pleasant with the sunlight coming in through the big wall of windows, and the gas fireplace was satisfyingly warming. We were there in winter so we didn't use the balconies. Palisades/Alpine Meadows were a 15 minute drive away, no real traffic issues even if arriving just before/around 9am when lifts open.
It was also easy to check in, and instructions for checkout were straightforward. No issues, very positive experience overall!

This house is very comfortable and convenient. I loved how close it was to downtown and walked into town and the beach several times a day. Perfect place to stay in Tahoe City
Description of the property was spot on. Communication was excellent. Appreciated the open/ bright floor plan, well stocked kitchen and easy walk to town, lake, restaurants and shops. Centrally located to a number of ski resorts. Having the use of the garage to store our bikes and bike rack was a plus. Definitely would stay there again next time we go.

Plus some of the best food is right up the street. Check in was painless, Carrol was extremely easy to communicate with and checked up on us via VRBO. Everything in the house is super clean, and labeled for visitors (which is great!). The fireplace in the great room was a favorite. Our daughter loved all the family games in the house, and we loved the well-stocked kitchen and peace & quiet. Book it!

Great place to stay with family of 4
This was a great place to stay with our 2 young children and black lab. We had a blast! The house was very clean and stocked well with supplies. Grocery stores were very close and the neighborhood was very quite and family friendly. We will definitely stay here again

Great place for skiing at Squaw Valley, and a very short walk to all the amenities of Tahoe City. The house looks just like its pictures, i.e., lovely and bright. Carol couldn't have been more helpful - a complete delight.

Enjoy Our Thanksgiving Family Reunion at Lake Tahoe Chalet
Lake Tahoe chalet is very beautiful. It is located in a very secluded neighborhood yet is within walkable distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. It is modernly equipped, abundantly stocked, and well serviced (garbage pickup, snow plowing, etc.).
Having arrived just one day before the unprecedented 24” snow covering Tahoe City, we could not have come on a better time to visit the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Having enjoyed our Thanksgiving family reunion here, we could not have found a better place than the beautiful Lake Tahoe Chalet!
