Courtside è un complesso orientato verso l'oceano con appartamenti al primo piano, case a due piani e tre piani. Courtside 115 è un appartamento al piano terra senza passaggi per la navigazione. Queste proprietà si trovano a 1 o 2 isolati dalla spiaggia dell'Oceano Atlantico e dal centro tennis Van Der Meer. Un abbonamento speciale a Van der Meer offre agli ospiti di Courtside privilegi di tennis fino a un'ora al giorno per condominio. Questa comunità ha due piscine in loco, una laguna con fontana e un parcheggio davanti alla porta di ogni proprietà. Courtside si trova a 3 isolati da Coligny Plaza, dal mercato e dal parco della spiaggia. Questa pittoresca zona del centro offre agli ospiti una vasta selezione di ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti per tutte le età. Tre televisori a schermo piatto. Great property. We stayed here with 2 small children and they had everything we needed. Super close to the beach and food. Really enjoyed the stay.

We have stayed in this complex several times over the years and this was our first time in a lower- one floor unit which was perfect for our elderly mother. The unit has very large bedrooms and has had some recent renovations. Unit is as pictured on site. Kitchen fully stocked. It takes 24 hrs for fridge to get cold on first day so we recommend not get groceries til late at night or the next am. The pull out couch needs instructions to use - we had to call because we thought it was broken. The only other suggestion is that ceiling fans be installed in the bedrooms and living room for air circulation. Otherwise tower fans in each room would help greatly. The box fan there put out Hardly any air. Overall a nice property and we would book it again.

We signed for one condo in Apr2022 but upon arrival discovered there was a snowbird in it & company tried to give us another unit without telling us. Substitute unit was not what we expected & company chgd us to another complex which probably was an upgrade.
