Location was fantastic ,check-in was smooth . Description of property was false. No patio umbrella. grill was disgusting. No way to Clean. washer did not work properly. Had to get a laundromat ,doors were dirty with handprints. light did not work above stove ,quarter inch dust on top of pictures/ bathroom& bedrooms/door frames. trash under dressers when we arrived. Bath mats were dirty. kitchen windowsill had crumbs and dead insects. There were beaters but no mixer. Garbage disposal plug was missing. Hair on our shower tub combo tile and hair on the wall above showerhead. Wash clothes had bleach marks on them.mold in caulking in 2nd shower . dirty baseboards. incomplete set of silverware. upon arrival we found that the air conditioning was 80° and the vent was clogged with dust and the filter had not been cleaned in several months. we had to clean/maintenance to get the AC to work. baseboards were dirty. notified host within 15 minutes of arrival. He only asked about the air conditioning issues. Sent ALL pictures and video to Expedia and VRBO. host would not answer supervisors calls. They called 4 times.
