Watermen's Retreat Resort è stato progettato per gli appassionati di sport acquatici con vista mozzafiato sul Pamlico Sound e sull'Oceano Atlantico. Watermen's Retreat Suite caratteristiche: pavimenti in teak, bagni in piastrelle di ceramica, moquette camere da letto, 3 camere da letto con due letti king e queen size. Cucine completamente attrezzate con cocktail bar in granito e mobili europei, grande sala con mobili in pelle e vista sull'acqua, TV a schermo piatto e Apple TV, stereo, Internet wireless, terrazze con vista sull'acqua (non direttamente sull'acqua), deposito attrezzi, parcheggio coperto e Ascensore.
Trascorrere del tempo nella Watermen's Retreat Suite ti dà accesso al sito di lancio di REAL Watersports. La tua suite ti consente di dormire sul battito del cuore di surf, kite boarding e standup paddle boarding.
Watermen Bar & Grill si trova sul posto con una grande selezione di colazione, pranzo e cena speciali, nonché grandi bevande. Durante la stagione (marzo - novembre) WB & G avranno musica dal vivo sul ponte posteriore diverse notti a settimana. Spacious, clean, modern, new. Would highly recommend. Sunsets & watching all the kite boarders in the sound off the deck was phenomenal. Lots of good restaurants close & Watermen’s grill on property was fabulous.

Pros: nice modern condo. Living room, master bedroom, and master bath spacious. Nice flooring, modern granite, and appliances. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.
Cons: Donna the property manager doesn’t answer your questions. When she does reply it’s about 24 hrs later and she answers incorrectly. Check in stops at 6pm. There is no insulation between floors so you hear every foot step from the floor above you. The pictures on the website isn’t what you’re getting. This isn’t one person renting their condo. The whole building is for rent so you don’t know which view or condo you’re getting. Our first 2 nights were a view of a road not a beach front view. When I pointed out the pictures from the vrbo website the gentleman moved us to a water front view. It’s advertised as a 3 bedroom but, it’s really a 2 bedroom and a very small office with no closet. No pool. Very few sit down restaurants in this area. No groceries stores so make sure you pick up food and drinks before you get there.
