Santa Monica Beach House
Guest House di Charme, completamente arredato, ristrutturato di recente, un mezzo isolato dalla principale spiaggia di Santa Monica. Usa le nostre biciclette, tavole da surf, e giochi in spiaggia. Due posti auto permesso fuori inclusi. Vista sull'oceano e brezze, molta luce, pavimenti in legno e caminetto olandese.
Il proprietario abita nella proprietà con il suo cane molto amichevole. Un sacco di atmosfera. Camera da letto principale privata con nuovo letto matrimoniale e soggiorno con divano letto a cono di dimensioni doppie con un doppio rotelle trundle. Un futon di taglia unica funge da quinto spazio per dormire. Cucina attrezzata permette di cucinare e mangiare in.
Un posto molto accogliente adiacente agli hotel a quattro stelle, il molo, la vita notturna, e una natura meravigliosa.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book it again. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and pier. The property itself was exactly as described. The host communicated necessary information and was lovely to chat with.Thankfully, parking passes were included for both the street and the beach lot. We had no trouble finding street parking on Thursday and Friday mornings, but by Friday afternoon through Sunday, street parking was very limited. Having the parking pass for the beach lot was an absolute lifesaver when we couldn’t find street parking.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful house just a quick walk from the beach! My boys and I loved it! We could wake up and look out the window at the ocean, walk around the corner to the coffee shop for breakfast, walk to the Promenade, or many restaurants! My 13 yo said the kids room was like something out of a story book. Host was very responsive and helpful! It was actually much nicer than I expected and would recommend!

So close to the beach! Perfect for me and 3 grandkids. Host was very responsive. Really nice to have easy parking so close to the ocean

Property is right behind a restaurant. They were cleaning the parking lot below our windows with a leaf blower at 7:15am!Also, there are 21 steps up to the unit. We are seniors, and with luggage for a 3-day stay, that climb was difficult. The stairs are not a standard tread—they were shallow and not deep enough for normal size feet.The apartment was hot. An air conditioner was in the bedroom but did NOT cool the kitchen or living room spaces.We would not stay again or recommend it to others.
