This home is beautiful with plenty of room for a large group. With comfortable furniture and beds, this home has everything you would need for a great stay. We enjoyed the large outdoor area; especially the spa and pool! Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all that Lake Havasu City has to offer.
Our hosts Anne and Larry were easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

We had my nephews wedding at this location and it was absolutely amazing. So much space and all the amenities you need to have a great event.

The stay was wonderful. The house is roomie, the pool table was a great feature and the outside patio, grill and pool was so nice to use. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed here for our annual Havasu trip with the whole fam:
my wife & kids + my mom, siblings, and their spouses. It's a huge property with plenty to do, including a pool, pool table, air hockey table, a good sized grass field to kick/throw a ball around, outdoor fireplace, and separate living/family rooms with their own large TVs.
Anne, the host, was very responsive and communicative as we did have a few issues during our stay, mostly minor wear & tear homeownership things. The lock cylinder on the front door was loose and made it very difficult to lock/unlock with the key - we ended up using the garage to get in & out most of the trip. We discovered a big leak in the water main pipe on the side of the property one morning, but she got someone out to fix it quickly and it didn't hamper our experience at all. The shower temperature control valve in the downstairs bathroom got kinda stuck so it was difficult to turn the water temp down from scaldingly hot. The pool was a bit dirty but that may have been from the wind blowing debris in before check-in. The kitchen fridge door is slightly off-kilter, it doesn't close flush, so it lets some of the coldness out, taking the drinks inside longer to get cold. Little things like that that didn't ruin our time by any means, but did add up, which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Long story short, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again due to the spaciousness, amount of bedrooms, & ample amenities.

We rented this house with family members . We had our daughters wedding at London Bridge Resort. We spent a lot of time on the lake. Weather was great . House is in a very convenient location .
The neighbors security camera pointing directly at our pool area was annoying. . Though he stated it was only aimed at his fence line. I have photos of the camera pointing at pool area. Police officer said he had more rights than we do . otherwise great trip. ! Love this area .

Family of 12 met here for Christmas. Plenty of space for everyone, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, spa, and spent a lot of time in the family room watching movies and playing pool. Unfortunately the outdoor pool heater didn’t consistently work so we didn’t take advantage of the pool as much as we’d like. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The only annoyance was that the neighbors behind the property let multiple dogs bark continuously for several hours in their backyard yard on Christmas Eve while they weren’t home, so we stayed indoors to block out the noise that evening. Aside from that it was a nice property and Anne and Larry were easy to contact and work with. Thanks.

This was our third time staying in this beautiful Lake Havasu home, and it has become our family’s favorite. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of parking. It is perfect for large groups. The property owners are wonderful to work with and are quick to respond when needed. We look forward to staying here again!

This house was absolutely amazing, the pictures did NOT do it justice. The space was unbelievable and allowed all of our family to enjoy their time in Havasu. I definitely recommend and look forward to returning next year! :)

I chose this house because it allowed for a party. We had friends from out of town stay the weekend with us and then I threw a 30th birthday party for my husband with friends from in town joining us.
The fridges were a little discouraging the first night. ** do not bring drinks that are room temperature or the fridge takes 24 hours to cool itself back down** and we didn’t have a sponge to clean the dishes that they expected to be cleaned and put back where we found them instead of throwing everything in the dishwasher and turning it on before we checked out. Other than that we had an amazing time! And Anne was more than helpful with the process.

Great time
We had a good time. Would rent this house again. The pool is a great size. The location was great. The lock box was tricking getting into the house. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags.

We absolutely love this property and have stayed many times. It has everything you need to make it a home away from home, but with a little spice. A pool, bbq area, outdoor seating, a pool table, and plenty of space to gather with friends and family. Definitely recommend this property.

Great Home for Family Vacation
The home was beautiful and great for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Anne was very responsive before and during our stay. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and beautiful yard. We enjoyed our stay.

All in all it’s a very clean and nice property. They provided us a tree and decorations which was super great for the kids for Christmas! Pool and outdoor furniture are not as updated as the pics show but after they got the pool working it was all great! Few minor things they could fix in the house to have made it a bit better but all in all we had a great stay.

bachelor party weekend
Place was wonderful. Larry was responsive to the questions our group had. We had a laid back bachelor weekend with 8 guys, and everyone had a wonderful time and the accommodations were perfect for the use. No issues, but be prepared for the refrigerator/freezer to need about 24 hours to get cold - so be prepared if you have cold/frozen items upon arrival.
