Bella casa di Cape Cod di lungomare di sale sullo stagno verde a Falmouth. Goditi tramonti panoramici e viste mozzafiato su Martha's Vineyard in un ambiente privato e tranquillo che si affaccia su una baia di acqua salata e un santuario della fauna selvatica. Pescate gli Stripers dal molo, rilassatevi sull'amaca o sul dondolo che si affaccia sul laghetto privato della proprietà, e godetevi il silenzio della natura. Portate la vostra barca e trascorrete le giornate esplorando le miglia della costa più bella del Capo, oppure navigate verso il Vineyard per il pranzo, * note (ponte di 8 piedi). La nostra casa completamente arredata e senza macchia ha tutti i comfort necessari. Il primo piano ha una pianta aperta con una master suite con bagno, cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e un piccolo ufficio. Abbiamo 2 camere da letto piene di sole, camera familiare, lavanderia e bagno completo al piano inferiore, oltre a un divano letto nella stanza di famiglia. C'è un nuovo bar all'aperto sul ponte per mangiare sul lungomare da casa, e un magnifico cocktail hour al tramonto.
È completamente equipaggiato con una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice e una bellissima nuova doccia esterna. Abbiamo Xfinity 1 TV e Bose Stereo per l'intrattenimento, anche molti giochi da tavolo popolari e vintage, con una selezione di libri in ogni stanza. C'è una finestra AC nel livello principale della casa, ventilatore a soffitto, o ventilatore normale in ogni stanza. Forniamo tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani freschi, teli mare, sedie a sdraio e giocattoli, e anche piccoli e medi refrigeratori da utilizzare.
Siamo vicini alle bellissime spiagge di Falmouth e all'epico Shining Sea Bikeway, Falmouth Village e Mashpee Commons. I traghetti per Nantucket e Martha's Vineyard sono a breve distanza. La parte migliore di Falmouth è che è una città tutto l'anno, è sempre aperta. C'è così tanto da fare fuori stagione, quindi si prega di chiedere le nostre tariffe fuori stagione per le fughe del fine settimana.

This property was perfect for us visiting friends on the Cape, Boston and Plymouth. Although we were in a neighborhood the property was very quiet and secluded. Our host was EXTREMELY conscientious, contacting us before and during our stay. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed. I definitely want to stay here again!

This was a quiet peaceful location, but only a short distance from major conveniences like restaurants, ice cream, the library and local grocery stores. It had beautiful views and lots of space to spread out.
We truly enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back!

This rental was fantastic in every way. The owners were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The house was immaculate and had everything my children could possibly want to entertain themselves. Beds were comfortable and the nautical decor really made it feel like a Cape Cod vacation home. House was centrally located to many amenities. Of course the best part were the gorgeous views and access to the water. It was so peaceful and serene listening to the wild birds every morning, and the deck was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Highly recommend renting this place for a family!

Such a Beautiful house & terrific location! Looks just like the photos but even better. Owner Janet was super nice and extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We especially enjoyed the fire pit since the nights were a little cool. It was great! We will surely be staying here again 👍

A peaceful retreat
We couldn’t have loved this home more! The owners are lovely and very eager to help with anything you need. The house had everything we needed stocked and ready to go. We all loved nature watching on the deck as well as the dock. The location is convenient for food & attractions while also being serene and quiet. Evenings were spent at the fire pit and swinging on the deck swing or hammock. There was ample room for our family plus grandparents and dogs. We would love to return! Thank you!

We had a few unseasonably warm days and took full advantage of them to go hiking, biking, and kayaking. Kitchen is great although we barely used it, lots of great local restaurants with takeout or outside seating if (like us) you aren't yet ready for indoor dining. Janet was really responsive whenever we had a question. One of the best house rentals we have ever done!

We had a few unseasonably warm days and took full advantage of them to go hiking, biking, and kayaking. Kitchen is great although we barely used it, lots of great local restaurants with takeout or outside seating if (like us) you aren't yet ready for indoor dining. Janet was really responsive whenever we had a question. One of the best house rentals we have ever done!

Great family vacation!
We had a wonderful time during our week stay at Dockside. The home was clean and fully stocked and the property was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog Ace. We enjoyed the dock and the peddle boat/paddle board and kayaks and finished our day with a fire and star gazing. Janet was responsive to all questions and very kind. Thank you!

A beautiful, peaceful retreat
This was a lovely property, beautifully maintained. I entertained out on the porch (due to COVI9) and it worked out beautifully. Our Lab and Golden loved lying out on the porch and watching the Red winged Blackbirds and the Geese and Swans, There's a wonderful ice cream store just up the road which we frequented a couple of times. The owners were very responsive and even found the Iphone charger I left behind and got it to me. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful waterfront property
We stayed in this house from August 8th until August 15th 2020. The house is very clean and has all the amenities for the family with kids.
From the kayaks, to the bikes and beach chairs The view is beautiful and you can really relax there.
Janet, the owner was very helpful and welcomed us with the bottle of wine.
We would absolutely recommend this property.

Beautiful home, great location; we enjoyed having a family vacation. The home had everything we needed for the week and best of all it was a short walk to Dunkin Donuts.

Great location and fantastic boating!
Our family had a great week and the boating access onto Vineyard Sound is super easy. Lots of great places to get to nearby. The amenities inside and outside the house give you everything you'll need for your stay. The spectacular view can be enjoyed from inside the house or while relaxing on the back deck. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic Falmouth vacation spot
Our family (wife + husband, our two adult children, and our two golden retrievers) had a marvelous time at Dockside. The house was spotless upon arrival, and had everything we needed. Communication with Janet was great. The waterfront location was idyllic, and the large yard very private. Our dogs loved jumping off the dock and swimming, and we enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding with the provided equipment. The location was convenient with easy access to downtown, beaches, West Falmouth, and our favorite ice cream place, Smitty’s. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing family vacation!

A Vacation much needed in a Beautiful home
Our family had an amazing week at the home of John and Janet. Their home is stunning; from the gorgeous waterfront views to the interior home decor in every single room of the house. The house was spotless which was important for me being that I am very clean and organized. Our children of 4 1/2 and 9 really enjoyed this home as well. The younger one loved picking different toys daily and our older enjoyed the hammock and bike riding along with games. They also enjoyed the bunk beds and took turns daily to sleep on the top bunk. What made this trip even more special was the ability to bring our dog. He loved the deck and seemed to enjoy the sounds and views of all the nature. My husband and I really enjoyed our daily morning coffee and afternoon/ evening wine with the light shining in or sitting outside. We took advantage of the grill. The home is fully equipped with all clean and beautiful linens and kitchen appliances. We are so excited to come back very soon. Thank you again for opening up this wonderful home to us.

Awesome vacation rental!
We, a family of 4, had a great time! Host is very nice and thought of everything. Location is convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. View from living room/kitchen open space is priceless!
