Godetevi il "lato tranquillo" della vecchia Florida, con facile accesso alla Route 19 e alla Suncoast Parkway. Fort Island Beach e Old Homosassa a pochi chilometri da questa sistemazione tranquilla. - Questo cottage si trova in una proprietà privata recintata e alberata di cipressi, palme, bambù e offre un "ambiente rurale tranquillo" naturale con un sacco di uccelli e farfalle !! Spogliatoio privato in camera, lavanderia e tutti i pavimenti in laminato in tutto. Suite Queen Bedroom con porta a Lanai privata e recintata. Può ospitare RV parcheggio; Barca / Trailer Parcheggio / Moto parcheggio. Queen Size camera si apre ad un cortile pavimentato recintato e ombreggiato dal sole chiusa. 1 ora per CLEARWATER BEACH - 2 ORE a Disneyworld * CIRCA. 1 1/2 ore. I grew up about 30 minutes away from this property in Dunnellon and I can honestly say that this is one of the best and most affordable places I have seen. This house is perfect for a couple who are just planning to go explore and have a good time. The owners were absolutely fantastic and I could not have been more pleased.

We arrived our country cottage to a warm greating by Donna and Larry and were taken into our spotlessly clean cottage that was cozy and had everything that we needed. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed, dresser and nearby closet with our private Lanai off the bedroom.
The location is private and safe, but not that far from Cyrstal Springs or Rainbow Springs. If you have a kayak bring it, you wont regret it. Homosassa is a marine area so don't expect a lot of beaches. However Fort Island beach is 20 minutes away and Fred Howard Beach is about an hour away.
Donna and Larry are very kind, helpful people who are great at sharing local information.
Thanks Donna and Larry, We definitely recommend your Country Cottage for those looking for more than just a beach Vacation.

I rented Donna and Larry’s cottage when I accepted a position at one of the many local golf courses. I have had the most excellent experience staying with them as I searched for a home to purchase. They gave the “skinny” on what and where the locals do and where the tourist traps are. They really helped me with my Nautr.e Coast newbie experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this as a destination stay. It’s close to everything. It’s very well appointed. It’s quiet and tranquil. If your moving here, or staying for the winter, this is the place.
