The overall property layout is nice and the view is great, the only things we found was the it wasn't as clean as other places we have stayed at, hair on the bathroom floors and on the bed sheets, cobweb's by the entrance and on the deck which hadn't been cleaned off in sometime and to deck table was very wobbly and the tub drain was broken causing the tub to fill while showering but able to get it to work so it would drain. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we always do in the Ozarks.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The location was great and the pool was Ah-mazing! The condo was generally clean but we did find a questionable white substance on one of the bed spreads (it did wash off), and our feet would be black from the floors. The vacation journal in the living room was a cute touch. I was hoping to read about other’s experiences as well, but we were the first to write in it! If you stay I’d highly recommend you journal your experience for future guests. As I said, overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here, if we choose to vacation at Lake of the Ozarks again.

The condo is very nice with a beautiful view of the water from the top floor. However it needs updating. Mattresses and recliners are in fair condition. TVs are older and very difficult to operate with no instructions provided. There are not enough towels in bath and kitchen. Parking is distant as is the pool.

The condo was great, in perfect location on the lake as well as just being in a quite area in general. Being that the condo was on the top floor there are no coverings on windows or sliding door which was perfect for all the natural light to come in. One of the big downfalls though was we were unable to enjoy the deck as much as we wanted due to the amount of wasp out there. It definitely needs to be in enclosed deck so you can enjoy it without the little buggers consistently flying around. The master bedroom needs a mattress upgrade it sinks in the middle and makes for an uncomfortable sleep as well as having pain in middle of shoulder blades and low back pain daily. According to my girls the other bedroom they were in could use a mattress upgrade as well as it does sink in middle but they don’t have the back pain. The dryer didn’t work during our stay but owner was great in letting us know prior to our arrival of that. However due temps being in the 100’s we just sat our towels on the chairs on deck and it was dry in no time. We loved the pool area. My girls loved being able to play volleyball and it was always quite and never busy. Another thing that was odd the cleaners showed up the day of checking out and walked in unit at 8:45 am realized we were still there and shut door, however checkout time was 10:00 am. Not sure why they thought we would be out any sooner than we had too. Would book again.

We had a great experience and the location was great for our family. The kids loved the pool and we had plenty of space. The check in process was easy and we had everything we needed.

Stayed here during a 50th wedding anniversary for my parents. Clean, tidy, and overall great place.

I stayed here with friends for 5 nights. We had an active schedule. This unit was clean and offered a nice view of the busy 19mm of the lake. We spent the days away from the unit except to swim in the pool a couple times. Evenings were nice on the balcony and we used the pedestal fan to help keep cool. The balcony has morning sun but is protected from the evening sun. We enjoyed our time. The unit had what we needed for cooking and clean up. Ample utensils, plates, cookware, silverware, etc.

We loved the place! it was clean and quiet and very cozy! Has a really nice view from the deck! We loved just sitting out there watching the lake! Really liked that it was close to a variety of restaurants!!!

Good Rental

We enjoyed our two night stay. Beautiful view of lake. Close to great resaurants.

We had to park about 10 parking spaces from the condo, which was a pain while unpacking. However once inside with the first load, we saw the wonderful view. But, we also saw a cat that followed us in. She/he seemed very comfortable in the condo. After a bit of playtime, we sent her out hoping someone was looking for her. Our grandson fished at bottom of steps each day and I had a perfect view of him. We ate a few meals out but mostly brought food in and sat at the dining table where we could easily see the water. A wonderful experience!

Great place to stay, very clean & has everything you could ever need. 5 stars!
