We had a lovely stay at Scott’s home for Spooky Bear. It was perfectly located near the center of town which made for a great week-long stay. Would love to stay here again!

Husband and I stayed with another couple. The unit is exactly as pictured and well equipped throughout for a weeklong stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was unbeatable - seconds from the grocery store… a quick walk to Boatslip Resort and bay… a few minutes away from Herring Cove Beach. Everything is super walkable from Scott’s condo and if the weather is acting up, you can catch an Über ride anywhere in town for under $10.
Amenities made the trip nice and homey. I especially enjoyed the gas stovetop and quality pans that were made available. We were able to cook ourselves some really solid breakfasts during our stay!

This place was wonderful for a weekend vacation! One of my favorite places that I've rented. The location was perfect to be able to walk throughout the downtown and get to the beach, but still very quiet and relaxing. Scott's place was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the little outdoor area as well. Communication was great. Highly recommend!

Scott was great to work with and the unit was exactly as described. Easy check-in process; every single place in Ptown should have the digital lock instead of key boxes. Central location made it easy to get everywhere even in the winter.

Beat our already high standards and expectations. Outstanding property, perfect location, very convienent to our fav Ptown haunts including A-House, Mussle Beach gym, Tea Dance at Boathouse, etc. No bikes needed. Were looking to re-book within an hour of checking in.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. The townhouse is conveniently located and is perfect for up to 4 people. I would definitely rent the unit again.

Better than expected
This was one of those rare times that the property was far better than expected. Every little detail was perfect, the location was perfect, the house was updated, and the host was very gracious.
We will attempt to book this property again in the future. Nice job!

Perfect Location
10 min walk from the Ferry, less than 10 min walk to the grocery store and minutes off off Commercial Street - this home was perfect for two couples’ week stay. Well- stocked kitchen, comfy living room furniture and beds. We were surprised how quiet it was, being so close to the all the restaurants and bars. Great stay!

From check-in to check-out, out stay was very enjoyable. Well appointed with all the amenities anyone could want. The 4 adult men in our group were very comfortable with plenty of room for all to relax. Steps away from the Boatslip and Joe's. The owner (Scott) was very friendly and attentive and promptly responded to any questions we had. This will be out top pick for future stays in Provincetown.

Another Perfect Stay
We were pleased to stay for a week at this property for the second year in a row. The property is perfectly located in the middle of town. Inside, it is perfect, featuring clean, contemporary furnishings and is stocked with everything you need for a great week in Ptown. Will gladly rebook in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott's place. The place is spacious, centrally located, and well amenitized.
Both rooms are of similar good size, which helps in a roommate situation; having them on the second floor adds to a layer of privacy from the lower floor. The mattresses were very comfortable.
While I was a bit concerned about the location being too busy, we found that the ouse felt detached enough from Bradford, since the main entry door is the rear one, through the patio. The windows are also very efficient at barring most of the street noise. The location is otherwise great: a block from Tea, two from the Brass Key.
I'll also add that the photos in the website are old, so it was a nice surprise to find a renovated bathroom and newer furniture when we arrived!
The patio is on the small size; it sits 4 max, but it is charming and right next to the communal grill.
We'd stay here again.

Scott’s home made our stay in Provincetown fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect - a 2 min walk from the best part of the city which was far enough away for quiet at night. The home itself is spacious enough that you don’t feel on top of one another. The WiFi was strong enough for both my wife and I to work throughout the day without any issues. The outdoor, private patio is a really nice perk. My wife worked outside on the patio all day and the WiFi was excellent there as well. Definitely recommend booking this home for your stay for the location, quality and price. We certainly will be staying here again if we return to Provincetown.
