La casita dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una cucina con frigorifero, forno a microonde, tostapane, lavandino, utensili, tavolo da pranzo e sedie, un bagno completo con vasca e doccia. Shampoo, balsamo e gel da bagno sono forniti.
Sono disponibili una TV a schermo piatto via cavo e una connessione internet ad alta velocità.
Si trova vicino alla casa principale, ma ha un ingresso privato e una zona privata sul retro per rilassarsi. Ogni ospite riceverà un codice privato per la serratura elettronica.

The casita was a perfect place to relax and the location made it close to all the sites. Everything we needed was provided. The yard and landscaping was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful.

This property was useful for us while we visited the Sedona, Flagstaff area. We had some questions as the check in date drew near and we realized we didn't have access to the patio until the residents left. Rick worked with to accommodate us and we appreciated that. The Casita patio photo does not do it justice. You can't see it in the photo, but theres a mountain view, which was an unexpected benefit. We had expected to have no view besides perhaps a yard. The Casita itself was a good fit for our needs, especially after we could fully use the pool patio, which also has amazing views.
One item to note as this wasn't clear to us, is there's a pdf full waivers, responsibilities, and terms. Its several pages long.
What we didn't catch, is the minute you click the book button, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of the pdf. We've never run into that in any other rental. Ultimately it made no difference beyond an initial uneasy feeling.
That being said, the hosts were pleasant and very informative.

I would like to thank the property owner, Richard, for our stay. This was a very important trip for my wife and myself.
My wife is at the beginning of stage 5 dementia and trips will be less and less as her condition changes. Thank you so much for this is something that I will remember in the coming years.

This place was as listed plus 10. The views n grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed coffee every morning with a view of the red mountains. It was located perfectly for day hikes and tours. We hiked every morning and sat around the pool in the afternoons. The only problem we had was the traffic in Sedona with so many people wanting just what we wanted and this place was isolated n heaven after the crowds in town. Thanks again for the amazing week at your beautiful home. June n Tim

We loved everything about the casita and property. Absolutely beautiful backyard with a perfect red rock view. Enjoyed time in the swing just taking in the view. Pool is great. Casita is exactly as represented. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Neighborhood is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This was just the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Place was clean, had everything I needed for a perfect spot in paradise! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing and seemless vacation spot.

A lovely casita on beautiful grounds with a spectacular view from the back of the property. Very relaxing and peaceful. Up town Sedona is not far. The host was quick to answer emails and attentive to our needs. Wonderful stay!

Nice accommodations in a good location
I really enjoyed my stay at the Casita! Perfect for what I needed. Very clean and well stocked with the necessities. Rick was great and made sure I had everything I need to enjoy my stay. Loved Sedona and the Casita! Hope to come back to visit both again.

Property as described. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and the property was so easy to find and access. Check in and out went so smoothly. They had things we didn’t even know we needed such as Advil and info booklet. Communication was also quick which I really value. We had a lot of privacy and it was so quiet which we appreciated. We ended up traveling just the 15 minutes to Sedona for most things but there are restaurants and a grocery store 5 minutes away as well as some of the major hikes/red rocks. The AC worked great and we slept well. The sink is small so slightly challenging to wash dishes in but it was so nice to have the kitchenette aspects, coffee maker (with coffee provided) and a refrigerator. There were also plenty of plugs. This place was great and we would stay again. Wishful thinking would be the addition of a washer/dryer since we got dirty with all our outdoor activities. We were also warned about the bugs being worse than normal so bring your bug spray. Apparently all the rain has cooled the temperatures but has brought mosquitos with it so some would slip in with us no matter how quick we were and they were pesky poolside but that was without any bug spray.

We've been to Sedona several times over the years!. Fall was beautiful!...casita was EXACTLY as advertised! Had everything we needed. It's in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, great views, away from town! We would certainly stay there again!

Enjoyed every moment at the Casita
Great location with great views of the Red Rocks from the garden. Great place with everything we needed. We enjoyed the mornings in the garden (only ones there during our stay). Owner provided updates timely and responded quickly to questions.

Rick is HOSPITALITY ❤ The Casita is PERFECT for a couple or individual looking to explore beautiful Sedona and its surrounding areas. In fact, you could sit outside of the Casita and see the beauty right from the back patio area of this property! Rick has included every detail for you when you check in and has many great suggestions for hiking, exploring, and restaurants in the area. We will definitely make it back to this amazing place. Huge gratitude for Rick and all of his gracious hospitality while we stayed in amazing Sedona! 👏

The bed is very comfortable and furnishings are thoughtfully arranged. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of space for luggage, etc. We especially enjoyed sitting in the private back patio, watching a variety of birds and other wildlife. We even saw a bobcat in the neighborhood (not at the fenced casita property). Rick is a great host and gave us excellent hiking and other recommendations. This is a gem.

We had a comfortable and relaxing time in the casita. Location was very convenient, and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous with mountain views. You can't go wrong staying in this location. Wonderful place to stay
We loved our stay in the casita! The location is convenient in a wonderful neighborhood. The main home is beautiful with fabulous landscaping. From the casita patio, we could hear their creek water feature and see beautiful mountains and their changing colors. We rented bikes from Absolute Bikes one day. You have to reserve the rental online and everything else about the rental was easy. We took the Bell Rock trail which they consider easy. We found it much more advanced than we were used to and we only took one water bottle each which wasn't enough. The scenery is great! We had a mexican dinner at Tortas De Fuego bar and grill on Cortez and it was excellent!
