Situato nella città centrale di Ocean City alla 71a strada, la nostra proprietà Beach Place North è una casa a schiera di 4 piani, 4BR, 2 1/2 BA sull'oceano. Dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata, 12 posti letto e dispone di due camere da letto fronte mare, tre ponti fronte mare ed è perfettamente allestito per due famiglie o una famiglia numerosa.
C'è una piscina privata all'aperto che è aperta dal Memorial Day - Labor Day ed è disponibile solo per gli ospiti del Beach Place North. Poiché ci sono solo 25 unità sull'intera proprietà, non sarai affollato. La spiaggia di fronte a Beach Place North è una delle meno densamente popolate di Ocean City. Il soggiorno è dotato di TV LCD a schermo piatto da 46 pollici a parete. C'è un divano letto Lazyboy matrimoniale. La porta scorrevole in vetro si apre sul ponte a livello della spiaggia. Due passi in basso e sei sulla spiaggia !!
L'ampia sala da pranzo ha un tavolo per otto e ha una porta scorrevole in vetro che conduce a un ponte posteriore dove c'è una doccia esterna chiusa e un'area di stoccaggio per boogie board, sedie da spiaggia ecc. Inoltre, c'è un tubo che puoi usare per lavare via la sabbia prima di entrare nella doccia o nella casa principale.
La cucina dispone di un piano di lavoro in Silestone con un bar per la colazione, armadi bianchi, fornelli elettrici, lavastoviglie, smaltimento, macchina per il caffè, frullatore e frigorifero con macchina per il ghiaccio e acqua attraverso la porta. C'è illuminazione dell'armadio e plafoniere da incasso, entrambe su interruttori dimmer.

La camera da letto con vista sull'oceano ha un letto king size e una porta scorrevole in vetro che porta fuori una terrazza privata con vista sull'oceano. C'è una TV in questa camera da letto. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Il bagno su questo piano è stato completamente rinnovato e presenta nuove piastrelle in ceramica sui pavimenti e sui bordi della vasca, oltre a un mobile in granito sormontato da 57 'con specchio coordinato.
Livello superiore
Il livello superiore ha anche due camere da letto e un bagno completo con vasca. La camera da letto con vista sull'oceano ha un letto matrimoniale e una porta scorrevole in vetro che conduce ad un ponte aperto con vista sull'oceano. La seconda camera ha un letto a castello a piramide con un materasso pieno nella parte inferiore e un gemello nella parte superiore. Anche il bagno su questo piano è stato completamente rinnovato e presenta nuove piastrelle in ceramica sui pavimenti e sui bordi della vasca, nonché un nuovo lavandino su piedistallo e toilette Toto.

Although the location was perfect, views were spectacular, having three flights of steps proved to be a challenge at times, would not suggest older adults for this rental. We were surprised to find out the Televisions were set up for Roku. A streaming device we have never used so we were unable to view Live TV , or able to work any of the TVs other then movies on the living room television, which was Very disappointing. So if you are in shape and understand Roku Television, this is the perfect place.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s spacious and comfortable and just steps away from the ocean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants and stores and high up enough where it’s very quiet. Oceanfront views are amazing! If you like to sleep with the sound of ocean waves crashing, this is the place for you. The owner Art was very nice and the experience was super easy and convenient. Will definitely stay here again for future visits! Thanks Art!

My family of six and my parents had the pleasure of staying here for our vacation. Inside the home there were plenty of rooms and space for our large family and well as a fully stocked kitchen. Outside you step immediately onto the beach or are step away from the pool. Simply couldn’t not ask for a better location. The communication with the owner was fantastic!

This is our second time renting this property and it is set up perfectly for a larger family. The home is very well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing trip to the beach. The views from all of the decks are amazing and there aren’t that many properties in Ocean City that you can take a few steps out your back door and your on the beach! Property owner has always been quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the near future.

Place was clean and in a good location for ocean city… it was very nice to be steps from the beach. One thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to buy all my own sheets and towels… there wasn’t even a hand towel to dry my hands off with. No shampoo, bath soap, etc….We came to the east coast on a plane and didn’t have much room for sheets and linens…. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and have never encountered one that didn’t provide these basic needs. The extra $200 we had to spend on these items for my family was frustrating… it was disclosed in the description when I read more carefully….I just didn’t notice until after we had booked.

The cleaning service did a terrible job. It took us 45 minutes to clean our place and even then it wasn't up to par. We contacted Art and he apologized but did not offer to send the service back to clean or give us any reimbursement. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. Not even a vegetable peeler was to be had. Both coffee machines did not work and we ended up buying a new one. The furnishings are very old. The deck furniture is moldy and ancient too. We realized the A/C stopped working when we came back from the beach on Friday. Thank goodness it was a cooler evening and we could open up windows and sliders. The only plus to this place is that it is right on the beach and the pool is very nice.. It is time for the owners to invest in their rental so that clients feel it is worth the amount of money charged for a one week stay.

This was a wonderful spot right on the beach. Almost everything we needed was provided (just needed to get some beach chairs).

Family getaway
We had a fabulous time at this place. The location was amazing. My grandkids love being able to walk out right into the sand. They played for hours while the adults were inside playing games while keeping an eye on them. The dunes was a great buffer to the main beach and ocean.
The host was great and accessible when I had questions or concerns.
We will definitely come back if available to us again.

Weekend getaway
Great weekend away with my family. House was very clean and well maintained. Beach is right in your back yard and you can’t beat waking up and looking out your bedroom to the sun rising over the Atlantic. We will definitely be booking another getaway here in the future.

Perfect Location
Great place for a large family. It is right on the beach. Great balcony views from the bedroom balconies. You walk out the doors to the living room and you are on the beach.

One of a Kind!
This place is a True Gem in OC! It is very hard to find a place that isn't a condo in OC! The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor are surreal! Also, the fact that my kids could play in the sand directly out the door was worth its weight in gold! Also, to have dedicated parking is great! Location is fab as there are restaurants and putt putt within walking distance which was very important to us!

Beach weekend
Enjoyed a much overdue gathering with friends form the Virginia Eastern Shore. OC is geographically the perfect meeting place. The walk out access to the "private beach" was perfect for us, as one of our group has some mobility issues. It was great to enjoy the sun and the sand just outside our door. No lugging of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. with the convenience of the kitchen and the bathroom being an added bonus.

BOOK NOW-Amazing All-Around Direct Oceanfront
The pictures don’t do this property justice. My husband and I celebrated our sons 2nd birthday with our other two munchkins (6 & 4). This is the perfect family friendly property. Fully equipped, very clean, the private beach is secluded & clean, private attached 2 car parking, great views of the ocean (watch dolphins from either oversized balcony on 3rd or 4th floor), very spacious (4 floors) and Art is extremely responsive and hospitable. We will be back a few more times this summer.

Great location right on the beach with close proximity to restaurants, stores etc. House is as advertised though could use some minor updates. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Was a good weekend especially for the kids to be able to play on the beach a few steps from the front porch.
