Host and house keeping were excellent, responded quickly to resolve any issues we had. Location, location, location, plus the view was to die for. The only recommendation we would make is to update the living room furniture, the sofa is very uncomfortable and needs replacing. The bedrooms were updated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I visited Orange beach for rest and relaxation. The scenery from the balcony was just what we needed. However, the condition of the furnishings were not up to our expectations-- soiled, extremely worn, tears. The cleanliness was lacking -- owner should change cleaning service.

The location was great. The main problem we had was the noise from the condo above us. You can hear every little thing and we were not used to that. The last night we stayed they were noisy until late and it kept us awake. There must not be enough insulation or anything to keep the noise down in those condos.

We went to Orange Beach to attend a family reunion, that was amazing. We ordered 2 parking passes, I had to remind the manager about the second pass. When we arrived and opened the closet there was dirt and dust in the closet, I took a picture, it was as if someone had swept all the dirt into the closet. The base boards were in need of a cleaning. The single pot coffee maker had grounds in it, which someone may have just forgotten but the cleaning people did not find either. Then there was a rip in the back of one of the dining chairs, have a picture. Then there was a mysterious continuous beep, the morning we were leaving we saw the smoke alarm above the light and it was beeping maybe needs a battery change. I thought I could read by the lights above the bed but they are so dim they must be for nightlights or else I do not know how to work them. We were all seniors and the toilet seats were so low, we all got leg exercise. The Master tub did not drain well.
The place needs an update, I can say the mattresses were good for us, the view was great, and the location was convenient. I will also say we will find someplace different next year.

Easy access to the beach, nice size condo, comfortable beds, loved the easiness of booking. Only thing was we had a hard time with outlets and getting anything to stay plugged into them, the toilets sit low so elderly may have a hard time getting up off them, and the microwave beeps all the time rather you’re using it or not. Not really complaining. We really still enjoyed the stay very much.

This is our 2nd time staying at "the breakers" in the same room. We enjoy the location, room is clean & maintained. Love the view!! Love that it is just steps away from the amazing powder white beach. Management is very easy to communicate with whenever needed.
God willing, we will be returning next year 😊

Nice condo and perfect location. Everything was good except living room Tv hard to figure out and not many channels..master bedroom tv no remote... The garbage disposal in kitchen not working I guess because the switch was taped over .. all this is minor inconvenience... otherwise we had an awesome experience and hope to book same condo next time 👍

The condo was clean and had a great living/dining space with comfortable furniture. Bedrooms were also comfortable and it had a great view from the balcony. Would stay there again.

The property was as pictured, property manager was great with communication. Check in was simple! The overall cleanliness of the property could have been better. The property could use a few updates. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We really liked the area and the complex as a whole. The condo was really dated. Decor was mix/match and very outdated. Although this had no impact on our stay it would just add to the overall experience of it was more modern.

Location was great! Easy access to the beach. Everything else we needed was right across the street or nearby. Only problem we had was the floors were dirty. We have a grandson at the crawling stage and his legs were black from the floors. We also found broken glass under the coffee table. I let the owner know and he was very concerned. Nobody came to clean though or pick up the broken glass. Despite that we had a great time

We like how close it was from the beach. The two bathrooms worked perfectly for my family. We enjoyed a very nice view from the balcony.

This place was beautiful. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Phone service didn’t really work even though said we had bars.the communication with the owner was very good. Responded within minutes. The view was beautiful. Will be back here.

This a great location and the pictures of the condo were accurate, but there were some issues that made it less than enjoyable. Members of our party from both bedrooms woke up with bites on their arms and legs from what could’ve been a spider or other insect. We searched for the pests but could not find them. The kitchen dishes and silverware were absolutely disgusting. It looked as though they had been eaten off of and then put directly back into the cabinets and drawers without even getting rinsed. I realize this is likely the fault of the previous guests, but not sure how the cleaning crew could miss something like that.

The location was perfect! Within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, and ice cream! We also loved being on the third floor. The space was a little dated, but we didn’t mind that too much as we spent most of our time outside!

Loved this place. It was in walking distance to a lot of places. Great location and very nice place. The pool was never clean enough to get in (but deff not the owners fault of this unit). The beach was never crowded and we went on Spring Break!

First time booking on vrbo... the photos were no exaggeration it was exactly what we expected. It was clean, well furnished and so simple to check in and enjoy your vacation. Great access to the beach and with food and various other supplies within walking distance. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again at The Breakers.

Awesome vacation. This was our 3rd time here. There were some issues at the beginning but Randal and Kelly took care of them immediately. Pool looked great. Will stay at this property again. Maybe not stay in unit 34 but at this location.

This was my 1st time to visit Orane Beach. We typically drive to Seagrove but I have heard so much about the beaches in Orange Beach we decided to try. It was closer, we were very pleased with "The Breakers" condo, the room & location was great. The condo was very quiet we never heard anyone around us. Randall was so helpful from booking the trip and with any other information needed, he responded in a very timely manner whenever I reached out to him. We will definitely return next year!

Location is perfect and the view is gorgeous. Loved being on the third floor with such easy access to the beach. We spend most of our time on the balcony and at the beach. My only complaint is that the condo is in desperate need of updates, a fresh coat of paint, and a new cleaning service.
