La proprietà al 73B Chivas Lane, Seagrove Beach, FL 32459, è un'unità 2 BR 2 BA in un edificio di 4 piani. Questo è un quadrilocale, situato direttamente sulla spiaggia, ci sono due unità sul lato est e due unità, sul lato ovest. Questa è un'unità per non fumatori. TV via cavo completa con TV supplementare nella camera da letto principale e TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno.

All'arrivo (vedi foto) questo edificio sembra una grande casa, ma in realtà è di 4 unità, l'unità nelle foto si trova nella metà destra dell'edificio (ovest) mentre si guida, unità di livello inferiore. L'edificio è costruito su pali per elevarlo sopra la duna, in modo che ogni unità abbia una vista eccezionale. Questa unità è al secondo livello.

Splendide viste sulla spiaggia privata e sull'acqua. Questo è un noleggio da sabato a sabato.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed here several times and retuned again. We like this. Property because it is right on the beech but mostly because it’s smaller. Less noise and more quiet. Management is very responsive-the property is clean and offers amenities. We ride our bikes for coffee- shopping. Close to several great state parks. . Since it is right on beech it is so easy to enjoy your shaded balcony or the sunshine and water. Property was recently upgraded .
