The staff were so kind and helpful. Always smiling 😃 the place is lovely and warm and they have fabulous coffee and beers. The breakfast options were simple but tatsy and generous! This is located meters away from the entrance of a tall ski slope and ski rental equipment shop with helpful staff. The bus stop that brings you into a local town Pezinok is less than 5 mins walk and from there you can use trains or more buses to get around. Bratislava is about 45 mins or so away by bus and train. Buses can be found on the local bus app that gives live arrival times and you can tap to pay w debit card etc. We had a really nice stay here, really lovely and cosy and felt very welcome.
Getting a taxi was not really an option from the hotel out and about. We did go during winter, so the ground had ice might have been the reason taxis didnt want to come up? But luckily the bus services are great and got us where we wanted to go!

Vybavení pokojů, čistota, personál/majitelé takovou péči o zákazníky jsme ještě nezažil, lokalita - nejde vše vypsat vše perfektní.
Horši postele (ale spíše o zvyku)

Nice location, there are walking and running routes, probably some skiing in winter.
Quite clean rooms and bathrooms.
Parking right near the building.
Nothing critical, though a lot of things to mention here:
Personnel does not speak English (and Polish as well), it was really difficult to communicate.
120 EUR/night for 4 people room with shared bathroom was definitely overprice for Slovakia! That was last option available, so we had no other choice.
Thin walls, there were people talking loudly at the next room (even after we asked them to be quiter), we had challenge to fall asleep..
WiFi did not work at the restraunt.
