Vista del Sol è un condominio residenziale. Il personale amministrativo è impegnato nella gestione e nella manutenzione dell'edificio a beneficio dei proprietari e dei loro ospiti. I servizi includono piscina riscaldata, lavanderia, reception e servizio di pulizia per 6 giorni alla settimana. TV via cavo, servizio telefonico e WIFi sono disponibili nel condominio. C'è una vista senza ostacoli dell'oceano dal balcone. Nel 2017 sono stati installati nuovi elettrodomestici, bartop, piastrelle per pavimenti e illuminazione.

Great property and this unit. Well equipped and clean. Had plumbing issues but quickly resolved. Has a great ocean and malecon view. North facing balcony with no sun all day so very comfortable all day for sitting.

Vista del Sol is a fantastic property located within walking distance to everything you need. The interior of the unit is decorated in the traditional style for that location. Both bedrooms have comfy beds and the bathrooms are spacious and had good water pressure.We spent to majority of our waking hours there on the patio which has a great view of the beach and foot traffic. The unit is so close to the water that you can hear the waves at night.The pool is nice and has plenty of chairs, we used it most days. The unit is literally within a 5-10 minute walk of tons of restaurants, bars and shops. We ate most meals on the beach with our toes in the sand. We visited the "grocery" once but found most everything we needed at the local OXXO stores that are everywhere. The building itself is very safe w/ 24 hour security and the area felt safe as well. If we ever make it back to PV, we would 100% stay here again and have recommended it to some friends.

The condo is in a great location with a great view. William made sure every question I had was answered. I would definitely say at the property again.
