Venite a godervi il nostro condominio splendidamente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto situato proprio sul Golfo su Thomas Drive. Siamo in grado di ospitare fino a 8 persone con 2 camere da letto, un divano letto matrimoniale e letti a castello incorporati che sono incassati in un'alcova del corridoio.
Il condominio dispone anche di 2 bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, una nuovissima combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice e un balcone che si affaccia sul Golfo. Il condominio è aperto e arioso e presenta piastrelle in ceramica dappertutto. Questo condominio è molto spazioso a quasi 1.400 piedi quadrati, escluso il balcone!
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e l'ospite ha anche un re e il padrone ha una TV LCD da 55 pollici appena installata sulla parete con cavo. La camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno completo.
Il front office Treasure Isalnd addebita una tassa di 20 $ una volta per condominio all'arrivo per i pass per il parcheggio e le fasce della piscina.
Treasure Island ha implementato una nuova politica di parcheggio che influenza il parcheggio extra dei veicoli. Se porti più di 2 veicoli, il resort ora applica una tassa di parcheggio di $ 100 per ogni veicolo aggiuntivo in cui è disponibile spazio. No trash can in primary bath, shower has only one small shelf (holds 2 bottles max). The water was hot & had good pressure. Microwave door handle broken & looks like it could fall off the wall, vent (barely) works on high only, lights over stove burnt out, remotes missing backs, no extra blankets (used blanket from bunk room). Beds are ok, but are noisy & probably need replaced. Thermostat wouldn't go above 68 (fixed on day 2), no extra trash can liners, no dish soap or laundry soap. 3 rolls of toilet tissue for 2-week stay. No rugs or carpets except outside door, lights in primary closet and over counter flashing rapidly. Balcony only had small accent light near floor. Counters & tables hadn't even been wiped off. Floors felt dirty; tried the vacuum...blew dirt around. No access codes required to enter parking garage, main building, elevators, pool. Wish it would have been noted that there was maintenance, painting, alarm checks going on during our stay. Dog park is dark and nobody picks up after dogs. Rooms are large & location is nice. I'm listing things here that I wish I would have read in reviews. Gym is only open 8am-9pm.

We always enjoy a stay at Treasure Island. The view is spectacular, and my fur baby can stay with me. 1902 is a very nice unit, although the mattresses in both bedrooms are in dire need of replacing. The first morning was little rough as the Keurig was not functional. We did find a drip pot in the cabinet. After a trip to the store, the coffee issue was fixed. We did let management know so they could replace the Keurig. Treasure Island is our go to place.

Condo was nice and clean. Things listed before about lacl of silverware were corrected and i found it well stocked. Pans etc are as expected for a rental, nothing fancy but cookable. Maintenance guy, justin was onside to fix ice maker and when i mentioned there wasnt a hanger in the place and the remote for living room was trashed. He went out and came back with a new remote and programed it abd hangers for both rooms. I give Justin 5 stars for his attitude and help! Would rent again

The views from the 19th floor were beautiful. Unit was good sized. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Built in bunk beds as well as a fold out couch. We were very comfortable here. Could have used a few more kitchen items (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). One thing of note, there appears to be some form of mold in the master shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall Treasure Island is beautiful, however unit 1902 could use some major work. Upon arrival we noticed the back door was off the hinges, the remote was chewed up, there was mold in the bathrooms, the dishwasher rack was broke, the Kerig was broke. The kitchen has very little to work with. I emailed several times and was told someone would be up to fix things. We were there a week and never had anyone come to fix anything

Condo was appropriately clean. Was able to check in about an hour early. Love treasure island. There was black mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling. And on the ceiling in The kitchen. The guest bathroom tub did not drain and water was up to ankles by end of shower. Would not rent this room again.

I can not brag about the resort enough. The resort areas are very clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. Condo was clean and tidy. Cooking items and kitchen utensils were sparse but that is to be expected from most rentals. My only main complaint is the upkeep issues. The master bathroom has quite a bit of mold on the ceiling and in the shower area. The mattress in the master bedroom badly needs to be replaced. There is a huge lump in the middle. Would I stay here again? Probably not in this exact condo but I definitely would stay at this resort again. I did not have any issues with the rental agency and would not hesitate to rent through them again.

When we arrived the condo had a very strong smell and we could not get the A:c to turn on. The Emerald coast was no help. They never addressed the smell and regarding the AC code needed to turn it on they said they did not know what it was. When getting into bed that night I found the sheets to have sand in them. The place was not clean. It was wiped down but not clean. I think there is mold on the bathroom the ceiling has moldy spots on it. The bedding was not same as in the photo and seemed dingy and dirty. The tv remote was broken. The best part was the view from the balcony. The facility locked the hot tub at night at 8 instead of 11 throughout the 3 weeks I was there. They were repainting the floor while we were there and started sanding outside the window at 8:00 Am with no notification or warning. Emerald coast also had hidden fees. This is not a Vrbo this is a management company and they tried to add extra security deposit as well as charging 5% for credit card payment. I would never rent from this company again.

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was perfect for a month of beach living, and was large enough for additional family to visit as well. Great dining within short walking distance. Very nice ocean side pool and hot tube!

This is our third time staying here We absolutely love the view 😄 the amenities and the beach are absolutely fantastic! My only request would be the kitchen needs more utensils only had four forks!and the pots and pans cooking utensils need updating.

This was our first time staying at this property. This will be the only place we will stay at now and will request the same unit as well. The best trip we have ever had. Absolutely just as it’s listed on the internet.

The condo was beautiful but could use a few upgrades. The freezer needs a good cleaning, smelled fishy! The cleaning crew could do better getting the floors clean. But overall the Condo was perfect! We saw dolphins, turtles and stingrays from the balcony! We had a wonderful vacation! Definitely will be back!

Treasure Island is great. Our unit needs a severe upgrade. Some broken furniture, old bedding, bad paint, guest bath has mold. Ice maker doesn’t work. Part of the dishwasher and microwave broken. The unit needs a thorough cleaning. I have stayed in other units at Treasure Island. They were much nicer and cleaner.

Nice condo, poorly stocked only basic utensils pans are terrible, condo was very dirty and we cleaned it before we could actually start unpacking. Black dog hair and sand everywhere, all furniture covered in it. Check through treasure Island website you'll definitely save at least a thousand dollars! Be ready to wait at check in time, only 2 elevators will be working the other 2 are shut down for staff so being on 19th floor was terrible 1st day.

The ice doesnt work in the freezer either so buy ice. I reported the ice maker issue and screen door and the condo being uncleaned to the company but never heard another word. Cleaning fee should be refunded.

This place is perfect location and a wonderful resort, but it was very dirty the floors were nasty they didn’t have enough toilet paper, no dish soap. We have stayed here before and this place has went downhill. But the location and view of the beach is worth the money to us. The TV in the living room didn’t work and tried to talk to the owner and he didn’t send anyone to fix it. So we went down to the office and they said they couldn’t help. I would recommend this place if you want an amazing view and spacious living but they need to fix some stuff.
