Mike and Debbie are a wonderful host , The property was impeccable , full of all details to make us feel like home , The pool was a plus , and the accommodations of this paradise was just perfect, from kitchen to the bedroom, bathroom and pool ,and even outside activities, like kayaking and bikes , this paradise is prepare for all , Love this house , we will definitely be back ,Thank you Mike and Debbie . Ohhh I almost forgot is a sweet welcome to this paradise from this host that I will leave as a surprise . ☺️

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The location was amazing, and the property was beautiful. It was the perfect property for a wonderful get away. The host were very accommodating and there to help if we needed.

We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this rental! This property has every amenity you could possibly need and then some. Very clean and nicely decorated, great quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool and lake access. We will definitely be renting again.

This house was perfect for our family gathering! It is very tastefully decorated, clean and cozy! We felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as we stepped in. The pool and patio were used a lot! A big plus was the well stocked kitchen, misc bathroom amenities and recreational equipment. The location on Lake Joanna is beautiful! We really enjoyed the cute shops and restaurants of downtown Mt Dora, too. It was central to my parents house in Leesburg and to theme parks in Orlando. It was also convenient to both the Sanford and Orlando airports.We really don't think we could have done any better than this! We hope to return some day.

This property was perfect for what we needed. I only wished we could of spent more time at the house. We will definitely visit again. The owners were extremely nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was charming and had everything we needed. It was close to Mt Dora. It was exactly as pictured online. We loved having a pool we could cool off in.

Third time staying here and wonderful as always. Really enjoy the house, pool and quiet neighborhood! Being close to Mt. Dora has been great and grocery, restaurants,etc. are so convenient. Our hosts are the best and have spoiled us with all of our requests!! Hope to see you next year!!

We were comfortable here for the month of March. For such a long stay we would have preferred at least one King bed, but the three bedrooms have only queen beds. The pool was small and clean, well maintained, but it was cold in March, and we did not use it much. We spoke with Mike about the garage door, and he had the motor replaced the very next day, with two remote buttons for cars. The house was remarkably clean, and it was well supplied. It is in a wooded area near a lake, and the access to the property is along a narrow black-topped lane with only a little lighting at night, This neighborhood is entirely safe, quiet and pleasant. Mike and Debbie have an acre of direct access to the lake, just down at the end of the lane, and I should have brought my fishing gear, because there a lot of bass there, since the lake is not available to the general public, and it is under-fished. One odd aspect of the rental is that the property does not have a USPS mail box. A PO rental box can be had at the Post Office in nearby Eustus, if we had wanted to forward mail. Delivery services such as UPS and FedEx deliver there well, but not USPS. There is plenty of wildlife here, and the tall forest trees provide plenty of shade. The photos in the listing give a good and accurate idea of the furnishings. I was glad to use the little desk,

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike and Debbie's place. It was so clean with all the necessities available. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed all the lush greenery and quiet area. The canoe was a bonus and Mike and Debbie were very attentive. We'd definitely go back if we are in that area again!

Our stay in this beautiful place was perfect! The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake is pristine! Our hosts, Mike and Debbie, could not have been more friendly and helpful! We will be returning next year for an even longer stay.

Well maintained home in quiet neighborhood. Location is close to business district with small lake and walking trails nearby. Home is very comfortable and the owners are very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay hear again.

Wonderful home in quiet older neighborhood. Very clean with everything needed for your home away from home. Host had hot brownies and fresh cut flowers flowers on our arrival. Host are attentive to their guest making sure every need is meet. Many farm/flea markets within 5 miles. Boat tours, float plane rides. A wonderful week in this home.

Overall an excellent stay! The property managers were kind and available for any questions or concerns. The home was spacious, well decorated and very clean. There were small intentional details throughout the house that made the stay so much nicer.

Great layout for our small group. Many varied areas for sitting & visiting. I love to cook and very much appreciate the fully stocked kitchen!

The home is beautifully decorated and very conveniently located to all that lake county has to offer. It was everything that we wanted in a vacation home and more. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We could have stayed forever.

What a lovely home for our stay in Eustis/Mt.Dora. This is a very comfortable and inviting home to stay in. Very nicely appointed, plenty of room and a beautiful yard and neighborhood. Our host and hostess know how to make you feel welcome. Excellent communication throughout the reservation process and during our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much.

My summary of my experience won't do it justice because in several ways I'm speechless and/or words may not exist to tell you how it was, however, I will make an attempt. From the relaxing water sounds due to the fountain by the front door, ambience of hospitality due to the openness of the home, fresh flowers and fresh sweet bread goodies to a choice between 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and comfortable furniture, the fully stocked kitchen and outside setting of the pool and the serenity of the green, lush plants behind it was a dream come true. I had days where I forgot what day it was. My friend and I stayed in almost everyday as Casa Tranquila called for a gentle return. Yoga/meditation by the pool was extra calming and drinking coffee/wine and reading by the pool was heavenly. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing. We also got to meet our gracious hosts and it was a pleasure. It was everything we were looking for and more as it was truly relaxing. Thank you

House was extremely spacious and clean. Mike and Debbie were very attentive and checked in throughout our stay. Our daughter (two years old) loved the open layout of the house to be able to run around as well as the pool. The only feedback I have to future renters with infants that aren't yet mobile but enjoy to sit and play is to bring some sort of playmat. The house is nothing sort of perfect but does not have a lot of carpeted areas for an infant to sit. We were able to get a play mat and it worked wonderfully! Thank you, Mike and Debbie!
