Seaya è un GULF FRONT 5 mozzafiato camera da letto, cottage a 3 piani con vista sul mare su ogni piano! Questo ritiro spiaggia tentacolare offre 3 ritiri re master con bagno privato, ampia cucina con elettrodomestici di design di fascia alta in tutto, saloni ad ogni piano con wet bar e angoli per la colazione che fiancheggiano le camere da letto, la tecnologia di alto livello e TV in tutto, e un ascensore per aiutarvi a raggiungere ogni livello con facilità.
Appena a sinistra del Mare Amavida Coffee Shop. Seaya si trova appena un cottage lontano dalla spiaggia che offre il più facile accesso alla spiaggia in riva al mare! Il primo piano dispone di 2 camere da letto; una con due letti a castello (4 posti letto) e l'altra con due letti matrimoniali (4 posti letto) con nuovi letti. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato completo. Un salotto nel mezzo con TV a schermo piatto separa le due camere da letto.
Il secondo piano dispone di un ampio soggiorno con un'altra zona per guardare la TV e francese porte ti fa un balcone tentacolare con vista mozzafiato del golfo. Beautiful property in a great location…right at the Seaside shopping entrance. You can walk anywhere, and it’s right on the beach!

Location is literally across the street from town square. No car necessary. We walked everywhere and enjoyed New Years Eve band and fireworks. Great home. Great location. Great experience.

This was the perfect house and location. The management company was very responsive to the only issue (which was very minor) that we had.

The location is great as long as you aren’t staying during a big holiday week like we did. Lots of noise, traffic, and sirens from ambulance going by daily. We liked that the House is located near all the shops and food. The house has so much potential if it were maintained properly. The pictures look lovely online (i find this is a common theme with rentals) but the home is very worn and dirty. Every wall is scuffed from renters, every bed squeaks, kitchen drawers dirty, couldn’t use the oven because it smoked and needs to be cleaned, be careful opening dish washer as it’s not installed correctly, furniture needs cleaning, etc. Quick walk to the beach was a treat. Only 2 parking spots was inconvenient but managed with street parking. We were looking for more of a luxury rental being that it’s was 15k for a week. Good home, but just wasn’t for us. We thought not having a pool wouldn’t be an issue but realized we’d have to have a pool, even with the beach being so close. We left the rental a day early.

Beautiful house - perfect location!
House is really well maintained. The location couldn't be better.
The mid-week cleaning service was very convenient. We really liked the layout of the house. When we were actually in the house, we always stayed in the kitchen area. There was lots of room to hangout, socialize, play board games at the kitchen table.

Excellent location and home. A home of this value needs a good detail cleaning and an air conditioner than can keep up with the heat. Downstairs unit worked great, but the upstairs unit never got below 77(and that was at night).
