Elegant Gated Beach Compound
Questa spaziosa casa con 5 camere da letto ha un bellissimo giardino recintato. La bella storia superiore ha la camera da letto principale e un piano aperto pieno di sole con una cucina gourmet, un ampio soggiorno con camino, un ampio tavolo da biliardo, soffitti alti, grandi finestre e una porta della nana. Il piano terra ospita un secondo soggiorno e le altre quattro camere da letto. Recentemente rinnovata, questa casa dispone di 2 ponti, un pozzo del fuoco all'aperto, una doccia esterna, giardini maturi e si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia! Non sono consentite più di 15 persone in qualsiasi momento. Non sono ammessi animali. Configurazione letti: 1 letto king size, 2 letti queen size e 4 letti singoli
Note: minimo 4 notti durante l'alta stagione. Minimo 2 notti nel resto dell'anno, festività escluse.

The home was super spacious and well laid out for our family of 10. Lots of gathering space and bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked. A very short walk out to the beach.

Great house for a family beach vacation. Plenty of towels and a warm outdoor shower to rinse off the sand was nice. Gated yard for those with pets. Was very nice and relaxing, we will be back.

Power went out for an evening/night and the property management company/owner didn't do much to make that situation right. From what I was told, Stinson Beach has a lot of power outages. This occurring is essentially a risk a renter has to take. Outside of that risk, the property was a good stay.
