La nostra casa si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Kingswood Estates. Kings Beach è a solo 1 miglio di distanza. Fare la spesa e molti ottimi ristoranti si trovano a 5 minuti di auto. Grande sci a Northstar si trova a 5 miglia di distanza. navetta Northstar si ferma un isolato di distanza. Squaw, Alpine, Homewood, Tahoe City, e Truckee sono tutti a 20 minuti in auto. Love the layout of the property! Having the stairs overlooking the living room is great. Plenty of rooms to accommodate up to 6, there were 4 of us and very roomy! Lovely neighborhood right up the road from Safeway. Only thing is they didn’t have soap for showering, but were kind enough to provide shampoo/conditioner and plenty of towels. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tahoe Vista or north Lake Tahoe.

This property was perfect spot for us to rest after our travel day from the East Coast and spend one night until our large group property for our weeklong stay was ready the next day.

Lovely home nestled in the pines with just a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space for a large family with all the appropriate amenities. Kids loved the video games!
I understand AC probably isn’t practical but it got quite hot a few nights. Took hours to cool down. Perhaps some addition ceiling fans? I would also suggest some window treatments in the master bath for improved privacy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Our Stay was Awesome! The house was so clean and it had everything we needed for our short visit. The host so easy to communicate with and they were great! So helpful with ideas around the area and we were so close to everything! I would def recommend this place to anyone!

Great location with easy access to Northstar and Kings Beach. Rental was clean and more spacious than it appeared online. A few furnishings were dated and could use fixing, but nothing out of the ordinary. Owner was great, offered a few local suggestions and responded promptly. The sleds on property came in handy! Overall a great stay!

Property manager should have cleaning staff do all thw spider webs.
