everything about the townhome was excellent. importantly, the location allows you to either walk to the Snow Park Lodge in less than 10 minutes or take the shuttle service which usually came within 5 minutes of our on the app request -- the ride was on a couple minutes and goes right to the main arrival area at Snow Park Lodge. This convenience made our skiing even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My husband, I and three friends stayed here for a long weekend of skiing and Sundance. The place was perfect for us. Everyone had their own full size bedroom and bathroom and no one felt like they’d gotten the short end of the stick. We especially appreciated the full kitchen (as we cooked most nights) and the fireplace that was ready and waiting for us.

We all had the best time at this house. Within walking distance of Snowpark Lodge, but a extremely short drive. This house was a perfect place for a 5 person, guys ski trip!

Wonderful townhome all around! Great amount of space, beautiful layout, everything we needed to cook & have fun. Loved the hot tub after the ski days. Especially loved the closeness to the Deer Valley resort. We used your suggested Deer Valley app for the shuttle and you are so close, we walked on a few of the days. Top notch VRBO rental!

Perfect place for our annual family ski vacation! The shuttle to the lift was convenient, yet we were also close enough to walk if we didn’t want to wait. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is ideally located a 5-10 min walk or short, free shuttle away from the Deer Valley base. The house was a great size for our group of 9 adults. The kitchen is well-appointed and a large hot tub is a big plus!

Every part of our reserving, communicating & staying here was great! It was clean & ready for our groceries. We skied 3 days & were able to use the DV shuttle over & back. Everything was as described in the posting. I hope we can return!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our 2 families. It was on a fast shuttle line to get to Deervalley just a very short walk down the hill & doable in ski boots! The in-suite bathrooms were a must for each groups privacy & the kitchen and hot tub were perfect!

Had lots of fires in the evening and ate most of the meals in using the well-equipped kitchen. Mattresses great and plenty of room for all of us.

We stayed in the house for a week in January. The house was very comfortable for 4 couples. Each bedroom has it's own in-suite bathroom. Kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to cook or even bake. The fireplace is great and plentiful firewood is very dry, lights up easily, giving hours of pleasure, reading in front of the fire or playing games.
The hot tub can fit 5 people and is a nice way to relax after skiing. The shuttle comes on demand to pick you up and drop you off at the Snow Park lifts. It takes 2 min to get there and the wait time for the shuttle was between 2-10 min. You can walk to the bus stop to go to Park City, if you so desire. We ordered all our food on instacart, so the only time we needed to go to town was to stock up on wine, We rented a large car for the week but we only used it a couple of times.
The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to meet our requests. Thank you James for letting us use your house!

Perfect Christmas Ski Getaway!
We came to Park City to take our family skiing for Christmas. Location wise, this cabin was across the street from the Deer Valley Ski Resort. You could literally walk! The cabin itself was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed,& the best part was the wood burning fireplace that we used nonstop. The owner kept plenty of firewood stacked in the garage, which we really appreciated. Check in was easy,& the owner was very quick to respond if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property and we would come back in a heartbeat!

James went above and beyond when I had a major lapse in memory....I forgot some sentimental jewelry and didn't remember until I was 8 hours away. He went way out of his way to retrieve it and overnight it to me!! What a blessing and I can't praise him enough!!
Additionally the condo was just as other reviewers have previously stated.....great location next to DV skiing, close to bus stop for trips in town, clean, well-equipped kitchen and fit our family perfectly.

Wonderful Townhome - 5 Stars!!
Our family had an amazing time staying in this beautiful townhome and skiing Deer Valley. There were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms and everything was well appointed. This is within walking distance to Deer Valley Resort. I would highly recommend this unit. We have stayed in this townhome many times and each time it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Large unit, Great location
The townhouse was larger than I expected and was conveniently located right next to Snow Park lodge. Plenty of blankets , towels, etc. The humidifiers in each bedroom were great. James was very responsive. Would definitely come back.

Great location and comfortable, well-stocked home
We enjoyed a 7 night stay on Potters Lane in mid-January. From the minute you walk into the home you feel a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We particularly liked the nature photographs which are found on walls throughout. There is comfortable seating for 6 around the first floor fireplace with 6 additional seats nearby around a large dining table. There is also a convenient kitchen counter for placing ski passes and keys as well as seating for snacks or a meal for kids. The kitchen is well-stocked and additional supplies are available in the garage. The three bedrooms on the second level are roomy and private with separate bathrooms. The master bedroom has an enormous walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. The basement has a “kids area”, with a tv, sofa, table and fireplace. Twin beds and a full bath complete the mini-apartment. We enjoyed the proximity to Deer Valley (10 min walk) and the bus stop located at the entrance to the small development for transportation to all the neighborhoods of Park City, including Main Street. The owner is responsive and took care of a problem we had immediately. Our party-of-8, including two small children, had a great time and we heartily recommend this home.

Best in Class
My adult children, my wife and I have been going to Park City annually since 2001 and this was the best rental we've had. The location is about as good as one can get unless one rents a ski on ski off place and those are in a much pricey neighborhood. The unit is within easy walking distance to Deer Valley and right by a circulator stop. The unit has 4 good sized bedrooms, each with its own bath. The unit is attractive, more attractive than we expected based on the pictures. Some rentals are clearly primarily used as vacation rentals. This one has the feel of a well loved second home.
Unlike most vacation renters we have a tradition where each couple cooks one night. In the past we've unusually had to improvise with the cooking equipment. The master baker in our group once used the back of a frying pan in the course of producing a wonderful carmel apple pie. This year no improvisation was necessary. As always it was hard to find some of the things we needed, but it was all there except for a pastry knife, which one could hardly expect to find and which our baker brought with him.
We were all in agreement that this unit was clearly the best we've rented over the years. I should add that i think this would be a great rental for a family with children of all ages. If it's available and you need four bed rooms grab it.

Comfortable townhouse in a great location
We enjoyed our stay at In the Trees over Presidents Day weekend. The location of the townhouse is great - one shuttle stop away, or a short walk to the Snow Park base. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, as well as linens, extra blankets, hair dryers, toiletries, etc. The beds were very comfortable too. The layout is great - a separate living area on the first floor for the kids, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We would gladly stay there again.

Fantastic property-3 spacious and large bedrooms upstairs, all with their own en suite bathrooms, extra bedroom and den downstairs, large kitchen/dining room/family room main level. Easy 10 minute walk to Snow Park Lodge or 30 second walk to shuttle. Extremely accommodating, responsive owner, would highly recommend this rental property. Would certainly rent again for future Deer Valley trips

Deer Valley Gem
The home couldn't have been more perfect for our Christmas stay in Park City. The Deer Valley ski runs were just a walk away making it perfect for days on the slopes. For our group of eight, the four bedrooms plus den and five bathrooms, meant that everyone had had their own space. The children were downstairs and could enjoy the freedom to play games and enjoy themselves without bothering the adults. The kitchen had ample plates, utensils and cooking supplies to make entire meals for the group. And especially nice was all the cut wood for ongoing fires. We would highly recommend this home.
