Questa è una casa ranch con tutto al piano principale. Essere consapevoli del fatto che ci sono due gradini sul ponte anteriore senza corrimano. La cucina ha elettrodomestici per tutte le tue esigenze culinarie. Lavatrice e asciugatrice incluse. Accogliente casa in campagna ma a breve distanza in bicicletta dal centro storico di Fort Collins, dai mercati degli agricoltori in stagione, dai birrifici, dal parco cittadino (golf, piscina comunitaria), dalla Colorado State University, dalla Tapestry House e da altri luoghi per matrimoni e piste ciclabili. A poche miglia da tutto il resto per cui vieni a Fort Collins. Ampio cortile completamente recintato e molto spazio per parcheggio camper / barca. (Chiedere tasse per camper e animali domestici) La fermata dell'autobus è proprio in fondo alla strada.

We loved this rental. Perfect fit for our group of 8 plus a 2 year old. This home was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. We were having a toddler birthday party during the day and an Easter egg hunt and get together the following day. Not only was the house spacious with plenty of living space inside but there was a huge outside area for games and entertaining. We had 2 small dogs and the enclosed living space was perfect for them. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping yet the home had the feel of being more rural. It was on a quiet street with little traffic.Our host was extremely attentive and responded quickly. I could tell immediately that they were family oriented and encouraged family get togethers. The kitchen was so nice with spacious fridge and lots of pots, pans, and utensils. Loved this rental!

Home was clean and well-stocked, host was kind and responsive. The home was beautiful and the view from the front porch was breathtaking. Photos below.

House was very clean and very well stocked. Both indoor and outdoor had great gathering areas for out group.
