Questo fantastico appartamento ha tutti i comfort, cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno privato. La zona giorno offre due letti King Size (2. 00x1. 95 m), aria condizionata, TV al plasma da 40 ', tavolo con sedia, scrivania, spazio per appendere il vestito e completo bagno con doccia. La cucina ha un grande frigorifero con ampio congelatore, piano cottura a gas con forno standard, tutti i piatti. All'esterno puoi trovare il tuo cortile privato e un piccolo garage.
I prezzi sono comprensivi di bollette dell'elettricità, gas per caldaie, acqua, TV via cavo, copertura WIFI di Internet 5 Mbps, servizi e servizi per le necessità in giardino (pulito, acqua, taglio, ecc.). I admit that at first I was a bit worried about the reviews I saw posted after I had booked. If you're looking for a 5 star American hotel, maybe this isn't for you – but it is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Jaro was helpful with whatever I needed/asked for. It was quiet and peaceful in this area of town. I could easily walk into the center in about 35 minutes, or for 8 pesos, catch the camion on the corner and be there in just a few minutes. I felt perfectly safe walking home at 2am. If I was tired, I could call an uber from the wifi parks in the center. There was a great fruit store, an authentic local torta place, great tacos, and laundry as well, all within 2 blocks. Of all things, the best vegan restaurant of my life (and quite possibly the best restaurant in Merida!) is about 5 short blocks, and not expensive! (And I'm not vegetarian!) There is a lovely park to sit in with fountains and shade next to the restaurant. AC worked fabulously - a clear necessity for a girl from MN. The kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, pots, utensils – all quite functional for the budget conscious eating a majority of meals at home. Everyone I met was helpful and nice, and not in that "I'll be nice cause I want your money" sort of way. My two week stay there was incredible and I'm so sad to be home! Perfect and the price was right. Hope to return soon!

Nicely positioned in a lovely quiet area in Merida, this accommodation is true to the ad's description. Fully equipped kitchenette, king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, wifi, gas, and electricity included - everything necesssary for a comfortable short or long term stay. For walkers, it is approximately 25 minutes to Centro and a bus stop is just around the corner. This accommodation offers a perfect private get-away that allows you to feel instantly at home. The property owner, being extremely helpful and friendly, goes that extra mile in making sure all is well. I would highly recommend this holiday home to all budget conscious couples and solos.

I spent 6 weeks in this wonderful apartment in late 2016. I found the apartment clean and with everything needed for a short or long stay. WIFI, cable TV, gas and electricity included, there is a small full equipped kitchen with a cooktop, microwave and large fridge. King size bed and plenty of storage space, sheets and towels included, AC works well for hot Merida weather. Lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, short bus trip to centro or Uber ride. The owner is super friendly and helpful, always ready to help, fix anything, provide tourist info, I couldn't have asked for a better host. Several members of the orchestra also live here so there is always music, and a lovely tropical garden.
In the area is a lovely park with free salsa lessons, a good yoga school, shops and restaurants. Several bus routes pass close by, to take you to all parts of the city,
Terrific value, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, you won't be disappointed!
