La casa per le vacanze a 5 letti più adorabile di North Topsail disponibile! Vacanze nella tua oasi privata di una casa con vista impareggiabile sull'Oceano e sull'Intracoastal Waterway! Le viste da tutte e 3 le storie di questa casa sono mozzafiato, e l'ascensore rende l'accesso a tutte così convenienti.
La casa vanta circa 2.300 piedi quadrati di favolosa vita sull'isola ed è composta da 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni e mezzo, pavimenti impermeabili, ampia cucina abitabile con banconi in granito, bar per la colazione, con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un piano aperto luminoso e arioso piano con zone soggiorno e pranzo, TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto e non dimenticare lo sfondo dell'oceano.
La nostra casa comprende ampie camere da letto per dormire comodamente la tua famiglia. Con tre master suite e ascensore per tutti i piani, soddisfa davvero le esigenze di tutta la famiglia. I sei ponti esterni (sì, ce ne sono davvero sei) permettono davvero di godere dell'incredibile vista sull'oceano e del suono. Fantastico!!!

Our stay at this sea-view beach house was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the sheer beauty of the location. The house perches gracefully on the edge of the beach, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean that took our breath away.
The interior was as impressive as the view outside - spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured restful nights.
Mornings were a delight, with the sun streaming through the windows and the soothing sound of waves as our soundtrack. Evenings on the deck, watching the sunset paint the sky with vibrant hues, felt like a dream come true.
The host was a gem, welcoming us warmly and providing invaluable tips on local attractions. We spent our days building sandcastles with the kids, exploring nearby tide pools, and taking long walks along the pristine beach.
This beach house exceeded our wildest vacation expectations. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in a setting that feels like it's straight out of a postcard, this is it. We left with hearts full of gratitude for such a remarkable experience and memories that will last a lifetime. We're already counting the days until our next visit to this seaside paradise!

We loved Jon’s beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our large extended family (14 people). Ample bedrooms and beds for everyone. The elevator made loading and unloading cars a breeze and was a big part of us booking this house versus others. Large living space and very spacious kitchen for prepping and serving food. HUGE table that was perfect for crafts and board/card games. Private beach access where we left our beach chairs at the end of each day so we didn’t have to take them to/from the house each time.
Truly a wonderful place! Do not hesitate to book! Jon was prompt in answering the few questions we had and we had a lovely week in North Topsail!

We were very pleased with High Seas. It accommodated our group of nine senior adults very well. We really liked the elevator. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The views were beautiful. We plan to return next year if it is available. We loved it!!!
Just a couple of suggestions:
Some mirriors in the bedrooms would be nice. For us old folks some grab bars in the bathtubs would be great. Large flatware serving spoons would be helpful in the kitchen.

Had a great time at the house. Was as described. Spent all of our time surf fishing in front of the house on the beach and caught lots of bluefish.

We loved staying here and had a wonderful family vacation! We would absolutely come back here again! Beautiful views of beach and sound, sunrise and sunset, easy beach access and very comfortable! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was in a perfect location and very accommodating for our reunion in Hampstead. We were all from the Topsail Beach area and frequent Hampstead often and had not traveled across the new bridge. The house was spacious and parking was adequate. The only complaints were it had not been cleaned. The carpet was soiled and the bathrooms were not cleaned. We would like to visit the property again and with hopes it will be cleaned next time.

We loved staying at the High Seas house. It was exactly what we expected. The views were fantastic! We would love to return some day.

A slice of heaven...
This was our 2nd year coming to high seas. It's a wonderful escape from daily life. You can be as busy (great activities nearby, like kayaking or shopping) or laid back (everything you need is right there- great beach, perfect decks to hang out on) as you want. Honestly, no negatives! We're already talking about a 3rd year.

This 3 story house was perfect for our family beach get together! The easy to use elevator made taking heavy coolers & luggage into the house a breeze. The view was amazing with multiple choices of porch with many chairs. The beach was very private & easy to access. Having the bedrooms on floor 1 & 3 separated by the LR & kitchen made the napping kids & families happy. The kitchen had everything we needed & more!
We will definitely plan another visit to this lovely home on North Topsail!

The property was great overall for my family’s gathering at the beach. It was exactly what was described. The cleaning crew could have been a little more thorough as one of the tubs was dirty and popcorn was under the bed in the same room, so maybe the skipped a room. Other than that things were great. The kitchen was well appointed and there were lots of games. The views of the ocean were phenomenal.

The location right on the ocean was absolutely stunning! House was also a short drive from town where there are many great restaurants. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy themselves. All of the bedrooms look out over either the ocean or the sound. Would LOVE to come again and highly recommend to others.

Couple of things that could have been better: bed sheets and towels are not provided (rent them). Owner gave a heads up so we brought ours. Understandable during covid.
There were lots of pantry items like spices but not much toilet paper or paper towels, detergent etc. Again not a big deal as there were shops within 5-10 min drive.
Overall is recommend this place to others and will book again when looking in this area.

Non-commercialized area was perfect for a beach week. House location couldn’t have been any better, you can throw a football to the beach from the house. Beautiful sunrise and sunset every day.

I was able to wake up to surise and enjoy the sunset from the balcony of my room. If you do not remember to bring towels and sheets you have to use the local linen service, which was very convenient. We had access to the beach. The house was very accomodating.....the owner had very helpful hints in a book he provided in the home.when I had a question he was always available personally to answer them. I will definitely be looking to utilize this space again.

Our group of four adults and three children had an awesome time staying here! The house is clean and kept up and the bedrooms gave us lots of sleeping options. The kitchen and family room are spacious with amazing views of the ocean. The private beach access helped the public beach feel a little exclusive. The owner was helpful and responsive. I think the pictures don't quite do the views justice! We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to return to Topsail.
