Questo condominio di 1.100 metri quadrati ricostruito e ridisegnato sulla splendida e pittoresca Anna Maria Island, offre una vista spettacolare di Sarasota e Tampa Bay stando seduti a soli 250 passi facili dalla sabbia bianca e dalle acque blu del Golfo del Messico. È dotato di una cucina totalmente nuova e di nuovi bagni, oltre a molti altri elementi nuovi e tocchi di design.
Si tratta di un rifugio elegante e confortevole per l'isola di soggiorno con accesso a tutto ciò che lo stile di vita che sei in vena di. Essere un beachcomber su alcune delle più belle spiagge del mondo, vagano unici negozi e ristoranti luoghi dell'isola su un carrello libero, bicicletta in bici designato corsie su e giù per l'isola alla vicina Longboat Key. Overall, a great stay at this lovely condo. The view is wonderful, the unit is comfortable, private and in a small complex. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. It was cleaned to perfection. The pool area is nice to relax around and it is always clean. It was encouraging to see the progress made since the hurricanes, and the new landscaping is coming along quite well. We have stayed in this unit a few times and always have a great time. The owner responded quickly when there was one small blip with parking upon arrival. It was resolved within a very short time. Thanks for another fun stay on the bay.....our favorite side of the island.

Fantastic vacation spot! The condo was in the perfect location, bay on one side, ocean on the other. The property was very clean upon arrival and fully equipped with everything you could need. We loved that it had great beach gear. We will definitely be coming back!

Close access to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. Although we didn't use it, trolly stop for free trolley was very close and the pool looked clean. View of the bay was nice

This is a lovely unit on the bay...our favorite location when on the island. The views are the main draw, but the entire property is quiet and smaller so we enjoy that. The pool was enjoyable and the condo itself had everything you might need. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and 1 hairdryer. The main living area is beautiful, as pictured. The king bed was comfy, as was inside furniture. Patio furniture was nice too. Didn't turn tv on so don't know how that works. Appliances were newer and all working quite well. We could walk to some restaurants that we enjoy and the beach is right across the street. This time we visited a couple of galleries on the island and we bought a beautiful piece of artwork from a local artist. It was such a pleasant experience and will always be a reminder of a great trip. Just a couple of notes.......They no longer supply any extra garbage bags or dishwasher pods so we just made do without. You could bring your own. Not a big deal. The only thing that could use some TLC would be the tub/shower in each bath. They need some refreshing. We would still stay here again and really had a great time. Love Bay Watch.
