Listing was very accurate! Very nice location. Everything was ready when my family arrived. No complaints. Very clean and very affordable! I highly recommend

Nice stay the family and I enjoyed the location. Just wished we were able to fish somewhere on the resort or beach .

We had a family wedding to attend and this house in Shipyard Plantation was perfect for our family to enjoy the weekend. Close and convenient to everything while being a quiet peaceful setting.

Overall, this rental was good. It definitely could use some updating in parts of the home. The twins bed in the third bedroom were uncomfortable to the point that my son slept on the couch instead. The kitchen lacked enough silverware and place settings so we had to run the dishwasher daily. There was no blender and no Keurig for coffee (both of which have been in every rental we have every stayed in). Kitchen appliances were white, but yellowed with age, the refrigerator even has discoloration from rust on the front. The sunporch was a great bonus but took a long time to cool down in the hot temps and lack seating for more than 2-3 people. Home was pretty clean but there was definitely room for improvement. Master bedroom was comfortable and master bath bathroom was very spacious. Location to beach was good, just a short bike ride.
