Hai bisogno di un fine settimana scappa! Cominciamo a pianificare! Il primo piano è fantastico! Mentre cammini nella camera da letto King con bagno è sulla tua destra. La camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno appena ristrutturato è sul lato sinistro. E in fondo al corridoio c'è una zona a castello con un bagno accanto!
Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono in corridoio, quindi non è necessario impacchettare! Inoltre il divano è un divano letto con un materasso più spesso della maggior parte. Quindi hai una bella cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare o semplicemente fare uno spuntino. Simpatica caffettiera Keurig che produce tazze K e una tazza di caffè. Il soggiorno è sul lato della spiaggia in modo da avere le porte del balcone che si aprono sul bellissimo Golfo! Puoi prendere il tuo caffè mattutino sul balcone mentre osservi i delfini!
A pochi passi da Pier Park è solo un 1/4 di miglio che ha molti posti dove mangiare, fare shopping o semplicemente passeggiare.

We have stayed at Tidewater 5-6 times over the past couple of years. This condo and these owners have been the best, hands-down. We book about about 5 months in advanced, and the owners remained in contact with us leading up to the trip. Two weeks before the trip, I was emailed a long list of amenities... which was greatly appreciated!
We walked in the condo upon arrival and it was exceedingly clean! All condo owners must have different cleaning services they use, because all the other condos we stayed in were horrible, for example...grimey toilets and tubs, sand in supposed to be clean and freshly changed out bedsheets.
We had an amazing experience here! The owners are so kind and always easy to reach, again an exceedingly clean condo, a plus for us was a list of the amenities, beautiful view, and very convenient to the beach and parking garage... by passing the line for the elevators!
We highly recommend renting this condo! We will definitely be returning!

Very convenient walk to parking garage and beach. You didn’t have to worry about waiting at the elevator. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc to cook. Unit was large. Everyone has their own space. Each room/area has its own full bathroom. We really liked That. Also they keep it stocked with beach chairs and umbrella so you don’t have to pack and bring your own.

I wont lie, when we first got there after 11 hrs on the road, I got a bit confused and went to the ground floor room 10. My code worked and apparently their lock didnt. The nice guy pointed me in the right direction. Got there and was very pleased with the whole setup. Spacious and comfortable. The only thing they forget to tell you is just how beautiful the view is and how REALLY convenient the room is. You step out and your right at the corridor end door. Which by the way, security is awesome. You walk thru there and its literally go up 1 to parking walkway, go down 1 to beach, theater, gym, vending machine,little store, heated pool, outfront, anywhere, or walk behind stairway to a nice little bar n grill type where you can sit anywhere and see the ocean. Yea things in the bar are a little pricey but good portions but your in a tourist town, what do you expect. Its a nice 10 min stride to Peir Park Shopping galore. Took no time for food to get cold in fridge. I felt at home the minute I walked in. I didnt want to leave. The owners are great. They are there for you no matter the time. And they even check that you made it ok. That gave me a sure feeling that Im home. You'll have a wonderful time and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They even post a list of movies by theater whats going to play. Just get there and the rest is a ocean breeze.

We loved our stay at Tidewater. The condo was very clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Even the dishes were all clean. The kitchen was stocked well, and she also had beach chairs and umbrellas we could use if needed. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 which included teens.
Sheryl was always in contact with us and answered any questions we had. Also gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to go.

Condo is much more spacious than expected. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Condo has everything we needed (we cooked every meal except 2 nights out of 7). We used the stairs & never had to deal with the lines for the elevators (one floor down to get to beach, one floor up to get to parking deck). Owner is very nice & quick to respond. It was like renting from a friend! Let us check in early so we didn’t have to stand in line when everyone else was checking in at 4 pm (and waiting in line to check in at 4 pm). Tidewater has lots of amenities like a free movie theater (we used it when it rained), 2 pools, Starbucks & a little shop when we ran out of sunscreen or needed aloe (price was only $2 more than Walmart, but I didn’t have to leave). My fav condo we’ve stayed at!

We loved the room and the location. Room was clean and setup very nice. We had 7 people and we all slept well. The only downside is that there aren't enough elevators for the amount of people. We waited sometimes over 20 minutes and gave up and used the stairs. Which wasn't bad for us since we were on the first floor. But when trying to take everything to car on check out we had to carry everything down the stairs as well.

This was my family's first time to Florida and it was amazing. Our place was perfect, it was clean and was so comfortable and great location to get to the beach, with all those things it made it so easy to relax and just enjoy our family vacation. Already hoping to plan our next trip to this same spot.

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach! Sheryl thought of everything in this condo…from a stocked kitchen to extra blankets and to chairs and umbrella for the beach! Sheryl was also very receptive to texts during our stay and answered any questions we had promptly! It was great to be on the first floor and not have to use the busy elevators except for check in and out! The teens loved the Starbucks in the corner shop!

We have been to Tidewater a half dozen or so times, and this was easily the best unit we have ever had there. It was an absolute dream unit. Perfect location on the 1st floor in nearly the dead center of the property. No elevator waits. Literally a 30 second walk to the beach. The unit was spacious. Our family of 4 couldn’t have been more comfortable. The view from the center of the property was amazing. We didn’t know what to expect being that low, but the view was even better than we have had from higher floors. The owner was prompt, helpful and extremely courteous. We hope to go back again soon!

Location! We've stayed at the Tidewater before and have been frustrated with the elevators. Being on the first floor made getting to the beach a snap! The unit was well-supplied with several days worth of cleaning supplies, including a broom (so essential at the beach!) Also, communication with the owner was excellent. We did not have any issues while we were there, but the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Condo was nice , but was not cleaned properly . Hair clumps in shower , beds felt sandy , floor was also sandy . As for the pantry door , it was broken upon arrival. No alcohol bottles in drawer may have been a box. No trash under sink. Whoever cleans , does not do a good job, sorry for any trouble. Not you’re falt thanks

Great Location & Host
We had a great family vacation here! This condo is perfectly located for quick access to beach and pools. Because it is in such a large resort, check-in & elevator wait time require much patience but this condo’s location on the first floor allows for the use of one flight of stairs instead. Great host, very responsive and helpful!

The property was clean and even ready early even though we were not there. Our trip was amazing. Fun times on the beach. Loved that it was on the first floor and we had no issues with the elevators like others in our family had while staying on the 16th and 17th floor.
Would definitely book this unit again. Amazing family time and lasting memories!!

This was our first time renting a condo for a family vacation. We went by what was advertised and was not disappointed! The host truly is a premiere host. We felt right at home. The condo is "fully and completely" stocked with everything and anything you would need for a beach vacation. We appreciated having the unit on the first floor so we could avoid using the elevator which is "extremely" slow. Only wish there was some shade by the pool area. Could really have used a chair umbrella though a beach umbrella is supplied, or some "palm trees" for shade. Having the grill on the same floor is convenient, but the service was so slow we left and never got to eat there. I would definitely rent this condo unit again.

Great Condo!
Condo was great! The pictures do not show how truly cute this place was. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked. We have stayed in other condos at this facility and this was our favorite because we did not have to deal with the elevators unless we really wanted to. Thank you for great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Clean and well stocked with necessities like laundry tabs,dryer sheets,dishwasher tabs and dish soap. Most condos only provide enough for one load and your responsible for rest. This resort was very big and definitely busy on spring break, but that didn't hinder us from having a great vacation! We always found chairs open at the pool and an open spot on the beach. The beach is absolutely amazing! The condo was well stocked and spacious. It's clean and the pictures are spot on. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. I'd go here again. The city is busy during spring break, but great restaurants and fun atmosphere.

Family Friendly Condo
Great condo to rent for a family. Plenty of space for the 3 of us (could probably add two more guests and still feel comfortable). Excellent communication from owner and seamless process from booking to check in. When staying at Tidewater, 1st and 2nd floors are our favorite to rent-no need to use the elevators and quick access to the beach and parking garage. Absolutely loved having the beach chairs and umbrella available in this particular condo. This condo isn’t the most luxurious (as far as finishings/textiles/appliances/technology) but it is plenty comfortable for a relaxing family vacation. We traveled during a busy spring break season and were very impressed with staff presence and enforcement of rules at the Tidewater. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, absolutely Amazing
This property was truly perfect for us! Such a cute place and the location is amazing! It is just as described and possibly a little better! It worked so nice as my Dad couldn't walk to beach, but when you are on the balcony you feel like you are almost on the beach. We loved it and Sheryl was so Awesome in communicating. We will stay here again if we get a chance. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need! What a truly wonderful trip! ❤

Great location within complex
We had a wonderful stay in unit 110 over Labor Day weekend. The unit is in the BEST location on the 1st floor, close to beach access and to Waves the little bar and grill. We never had to wait for the elevator and it was wonderful. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We brought some extra laundry detergent, TP, paper towels, etc. but we have plenty of everything! Sheryl was great to work with and always responded quickly to e-mails.

This condo was exactly as described, but the pictures doesn’t quite do it justice to be honest. We had an excellent vacation here with my wife, parents, 2 year old son, and friends with their 3 year old. Sheryl provided pack n play, beach chairs, umbrella, and anything else you could ever need. Any questions or even recommendations on places to eat she was really quick to respond. We got to enjoy a movie to ourselves in the theater at the resort, which was excellent!! The air conditioned indoor pool was an added bonus as well. You also have the bar/restaurant a few steps away from the condo (wings are awesome) really convenient. The only negative that I could say is the loading/unloading can be really frustrating because the resort has 30 floors so the elevators take forever. But the good news is you don’t have use them much as the condo is on the first floor. I really can’t say enough good things. We would definitely stay again!

The property manager is GREAT and very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The condo is clean and spacious. They provide everything you need and more. The resort is great as well. The beds are comfortable as well. The view is absolutely amazing. I would stay again.
