Rifugio a livello dell'attico, splendida vista sull'oceano. Gestito professionalmente con un servizio di portineria che può fornire i servizi di un hotel (prenotazioni, attività, noleggio auto) con la comodità di un condominio.
Situato a 300 piedi dietro Playa Los Muertos, troverai ampie vedute della Baia di Bandaras e tranquillità in alto sopra l'azione che è la Città Vecchia di Puerto Vallarta. Ispirato ai ricordi affettuosi delle isole greche, Casa Santorini si affaccia su maestose cupole blu, architettura dipinta di bianco e una costa che può solo essere descritta come fantastica.
Dal nostro condominio con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno completamente arredato, completamente ristrutturato, goditi il meglio che Zona Romantica ha da offrire, a pochi passi da ristoranti, club e negozi arredati con gusto con un pizzico di stile europeo.
Situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia gay di Puerto Vallarta e dal resort Blue Chairs, puoi goderti i tranquilli tramonti sul balcone privato o rilassarti nella piscina all'ultimo piano sotto una tettoia coperta.
Mentre una destinazione romantica, il nostro condominio può ospitare fino a 3 persone. Rimani connesso con telefono, tv via cavo e ovviamente wifi. Impeccabilmente arredato con elettrodomestici Bosh (lavatrice / asciugatrice, forno e lavastoviglie), aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. 2 balconi.
Vieni a trovarci e divertiti.
Nota ... Il nostro edificio è costruito su una collina e ha due ingressi, uno a livello della strada e l'ingresso superiore facilmente raggiungibile in auto. 1/2 volo giù dal ponte della piscina sul tetto troverai il piano attico, il nostro appartamento non è raccomandato per chi ha problemi di mobilità. L'accesso più comodo a piedi è quello di salire le scale, le persone dovrebbero essere informate che ci sono 97 gradini verso l'alto.

Al momento della prenotazione vrbo offre un'assicurazione per la protezione dai danni ($ 59). In alternativa, gli ospiti possono richiedere di versare un deposito cauzionale rimborsabile di $ 300. (Pagato e restituito con carta di credito).

Overall this is a good stay. The condo has amazing views of the water and is about one block from the beach (it is not waterfront). As others have mentioned there are about 6 flights of stairs that do need to be climbed to get to the beach - or it is a walk/Uber down the main highway. The stairs didn’t bother me. It is in an awesome location to access good food as well (about 10 minutes walk from the clubs, main restaurants, etc). It is a quiet unit with one major exception noted below. There was filtered water from the kitchen tap, which was very convenient. The bed is on a tall platform so you can wake up to views of the ocean.
The property is pretty bare bones as far as amenities are concerned. Things like sugar, coffee, tea, shampoo, and laundry soap were not available. Because of some other issues the host offered to try to get them to me. Also the dishwasher was not working as of the date of my stay.
I believe the mattress cover needs replaced as there are two human-sized divots on either side of the bed. I filled one side of the bed with comforters I found, and was comfortable after doing this.
Blue Chairs resort is about 1-2 blocks away and has a rooftop show nightly until about 10pm. It is very loud in the condo as a result. Something to note if you are noise sensitive.
Overall this was a great stay. The host is very attentive and showed concern for any problems that came up. If it weren’t for the noise from the club I’d come back!

Like the last time we stayed here, the condo is spacious and beautiful, perfectly located near great restaurants and the beach, and the view is simply stunning. The management and staff is also quick to communicate, helpful, and friendly. Our only issues: one of the electronic blinds in the bedroom was not working, and there was an awful sewage-type small in one of the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay in this condo. The views, the bed and amenities were great. Just be warned there are a lot of stairs to come back from the beach. We ended up taking Ubers (3-4 US dollars) to drive us up the hill lol. Will stay there again!

This condo has spectacular ocean / city views. The owner couldn't have been nicer, both before arrival and once we had arrived. There were several maintenance items that needed to be tended to upon arrival (broken toilet seat, broken cupboard doors, clogged shower drain, broken kitchen sink faucet, bathroom faucet, laundry does not work properly) but the owner was amazing and very accommodating, so much so that he offered to provide laundry service if we were unable to figure out how to use the laundry, and checked back with us to make sure everything was ok. The property management team was also very responsive. It's unfortunate the property management team didn't stay on these items before check-in, but perhaps they weren't aware. The furnishings are basic, a VERY low couch, and the remainder is all patio chairs with older pillows (that could use cleaning)Steps: We actually looked forward to the exercise and didn't have a problem with them at all. There are 2 flights of stairs from the upper level (1 down to the entry gate, and 1 down to the penthouse floor) and roughly 130'ish steps down to the beach access level. Not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues, just be aware that the penthouse doesn't enter right at street level. Weekly housekeeping was provided, which was really nice.We had a wonderful 3 weeks in PV!
