Het appartement was prima

Het appartement was ontzettend vies, we voelden ons er daardoor niet op ons gemak, alles was vies, stoffig en plakte. Aanrechtkastjes waren vies, er lag zelfs opgedroogde uitgespuugde tandpasta in het wasbakje

Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr schlecht. Für 5 Personen gebucht, wurde alles nur 4 Personen vorbereitet. Nach Rücksprache wurde das Bettzeug dann Abends nach 6 Std. nachgeliefert. Es gab nicht genug Besteck und in der Wohnung war alles sehr schmutzig und staubig.

Top Lage, Wohnung sehr großzügig

Wohnung am Anreisetag sehr ausgekühlt; Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien sehr spärlich

Ruhige Seitenstrasse mit schneller Anbindung ins Centrum.

Toilettenpapier war nicht vorhanden. Ist im Prinzip nicht tragisch, aber nach 10 Stunden Autofahrt will man nicht noch mal los einkaufen. Glühlampen in Küche teilweise defekt. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren, entgegen der Beschreibung nicht vorhanden.

Like separate bedrooms and living space

We advised 3pm arrival but when we got there at 3:05 were informed that we had said 4pm arrival, showed copy on my phone of reservation with 3pm arrival. Appartement was being cleaned and asked if could we return in an hour, we understood the confusion and said okay. Came back at 4pm and still vacuuming. Unfortunately discovered when wanting to shower on first night, no towels! Asked and was informed they would be brought (took 1.5 hours). No shower curtain and was informed broken by previous visitors and a new one would be purchased in morning and installed that day. Came home second day at 9pm from all day out to no shower curtain! Shower water was barely warm body temp 35°. Finally we were kept awake until 01:30 am on second night by residents in appartement above who seemed to be dancing/jumping around all night. Beds were fine but pillows on all beds (4 persons) were terrible, too thin and no available pillow for pull out sofabed for 5th person. This is our second visit of two night to this accommodation and we were dissatisfied with the overal experience.

Nothing special in addition and a scam she asks for cash

Very aggressive she was not listening she monitors all the movements that made no hygiene product no cousins no brooms even the slightest thing a garbage bag was not there

The apartment was very nice and spacious, very clean. The owner was very pleasant, even though it was a little bit hard to communicate in english, but his wife helped with that. They are usually on tge first floor of the building, so I would recommend ringing there, when you get to the place. 😊 The location is also very good, near alpincenter Bottrop. Price is very good. There were towels, dishes (some in the dishwasher), an oven, microvawe, el kettle.
