Beautiful view and a great respite for a mountain wedding weekend!!

This was the perfect VRBO for us. 2 Fires each night outside, which my husband LOVED! We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had all that we needed after a stop at the grocery. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quaint. I LOVED the back Sunroom. Spent each morning there watching the sunrise and looking out over the mountains. A peaceful slice of heaven. Thank you Molly! Close location to all the hiking places we wanted to go, even got to the Biltmore on one of our days. Highly recommend - Cashiers Valley Smokehouse - the Brisket was to die for.

What an absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming place and experience!! We felt absolutely "home" as soon as we arrived and walked in. The place is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and the thoughtfulness of all the notes and hints/tips to better enjoy the stay were very much appreciated and taken advantage of by us. Very nice amenities and very well taken care of. We can't say enough about this gem and the generosity of the Jenkins to share with us and others the way and to the extent that they do. We enjoyed every refreshing, relaxing, rejuvenating moment of our time there - We had a very wonderful time together - 4 adults and our granddaughter (Mom, Dad, Daughter and Son in law, and 5 year old granddaughter) hiking trails by day and thoroughly relaxing and unwinding in the evenings. Beautiful place, setting and experience. We Will Very Definitely Go Back if the Jenkins will have us again!. Thank You Very Much Molly!!

Very peaceful. It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

The porch has an amazing view. When it’s too chilly to sit outside, the sun room offers the same view. The cabin is easy to find and access; drive to house recently paved. Neighbors are not visible from the property, yielding a quiet, peaceful trip.

After a harrowing week before our trip due to hurricane Ian we were so looking forward to our vacation week away. Well it could not have been a better experience! We arrived a day late and wished we could have stayed longer than we had planned. It was a lovely home and we had a wonderful week with lots of hiking trails close by to see the most beautiful waterfalls. We would definitely come back here!

This property is well stocked with everything one needs and the owner is very easy to deal with throughout the process. We had a fantastic 2 weeks, Try it! You’ll love it!

The cabin is cute, clean, and well furnished. The view from the deck is amazing in all weather and light! Very easy access to so many hiking trails that we had wonderful options. We chose Rainbow Falls and Turtleback Falls on our first day with a side trip to Stairway Falls (challenging). Second day to Schoolhouse Falls and Warden Falls (challenging). The yard is beautiful with all the mature landscape. We did not have enough days to enjoy the fire pit or chiminea, but a great option along with firewood ready.

This charming property was perfect for us! The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was very clean, and the furnishings, kitchen equipment and outdoor areas were very nice. And lastly, THE VIEW!!! Highly recommend this lovely property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again at this property. It is perfect for our visits to the area, has a wonderful view, is clean, comfortable, has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Most especially, it is very quiet with no road or neighborhood noises.

Molly's house was a relaxing stay for us. Great proximity to Gorges State Park for some hikes, and very private. View was great - we enjoyed looking at it from both the sun room and the deck. Thanks again!

The property was well maintained and comfortable providing a great space for our family of four to enjoy a mountain getaway. Being able to wake up to a Mountain View was a nice bonus as well. Pictures don't do the view justice- we spent most of our time sitting on the deck. The house is comfortable and well-equipped., although it is a bit remote ( which we didn't mind). The kitchen is adequate but you do need to bring in all of your own food, including staples. As the owner says, the nearest grocery store is about 20 -25 minutes away.

We three old friends agreed that the beds were comfy, the furnishings were all good, and everything was clean and in good order. The property and surrounding area are so beautiful. We appreciated the backpacks and guide-books. The kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed (except ground pepper. the available grinders weren't working so well). For those of us with Verizon, internet access was a breeze. For our non-Verizon friend, not so much. We really enjoyed the overall vibe, the balance of personal items with found objects and antiques. The place has personality! The variety and number of hiking trails and waterfalls within an easy drive is really phenomenal.

Far from neighbors and relatively quick drive to town made it a perfect affordable way to enjoy a stay in the mountains above Lake Toxaway with easy access to the mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway. Owners were great - very easy, all needs met, and very responsive.

This property was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and with perfect mountain views. We hope to go back. In fact I didn’t want to leave!

What started out as a vacation became a hurricane evacuation as we left our hometown and headed to Lake Toxaway. The cottage with the most fantastic view literally became our refuge from the storm. Whether we were relaxing on the spacious deck or in the glass enclosed sun room, the peace of the mountains calmed us. Once we found out that our home and friends and family were okay, we enjoyed hiking to the falls recommended by our host. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed from kitchen supplies, to linens, books, and trail guides. We are already planning our next trip to this comfy VRBO.

Molly is a pleasure to deal with & is responsive to questions & requests. This was our 2nd stay & we hope to rent this wonderful home again this Fall.

The home itself is Beautiful, clean, comfortable and obviously well loved. We will not hesitate to return.

This felt like a home. The owners truly were attentive to every small detail. The views, the cleanliness, the details made us feel like we were home. I plan to book again soon.
