Il nostro posto è a soli 10 minuti da Kerrville, a 5 minuti da Comfort ea 30 minuti da Hunt & Fredericksburg. Siamo situati nel cuore del Paese Hill con acqua in diretta su due lati della proprietà. Amerete la nostra casa in quanto ha 10 acri situati su 600 'di Guadalupe affaccio sul fiume. La nostra casa di produzione dispone di 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni con un grande portico anteriore, padiglione Party comprensivo di vasca idromassaggio, camino esterno (completamente fornito di legna) con fantastici posti a sedere, tavolo da biliardo, fumatore, grill e sala da pranzo all'aperto per 12. La proprietà ha anche istituito per ferri di cavallo e rondelle per il vostro divertimento.

We really enjoyed the stay and loved watching the deer come through in the morning and evening. Also saw a porcupine which was really cool. We loved the outdoor area with a the fireplace and pool table. We spent a lot of time out there!

the pictures show a full river front and the descriptions states live water 2 sides of property. 1 week before check in I get a email that tells us to bring chairs and floats river is low. I reply and ask how low she said actually no water at all. The only reason we rent riverfront property is to have private access. We had no water and the few puddles that were there was algae filled I would not even let my dog in it let alone my grandkids. And the AC was not working it would not cool the house down so the one night we stayed we were miserable But in the end she did issue a refund since we left after one day.

We have been here twice and it’s always a nice place and close to the river. The privacy is the best part! And it’s close to restaurants 👍😂

Had a blast. Even though the water was a little low, we were able to tube and fish. The acomidations were really nice with lots of amenities: oversized master bathroom tub, pool table, hot tub, games, etc. Recommending to all my friends.

This location lends itself to the perfect "stay-cation" - we NEVER left!!! We enjoyed this property right up until check-out! The outdoor Pavilion, as well as the proximity of the River, were perfect! The golf cart is such a thoughtful touch for carrying items to and from the river...
Our family enjoyed everything this property had to offer! We had a Teen and Pre-Teen who's gaming devices never even got unpacked! They played pool, corn hole and enjoyed the property and river just as they should've! We adults even played games and relaxed .... not to mention the absolute relaxation of the perfectly positioned Jacuzzi!!!! OMG!!!
We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace, every single night!!! S'mores never tasted so good!!!
Laura's husband, Willie was available and was there to greet us when we arrived and to wish us well as we left. Super cool dude!

We rode our motorcycle down with 2 other couples. House had the best beds! The river was low but still gorgeous! The trees were awesome and watching the deer feed from the front porch was a nice touch to the end of each day! Will definitely be back

Our family (6 adults) gathered for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday. The property and its amenities were just perfect for us! We loved exploring along the river. The outdoor fireplace and pavilion were perfect for grilling and dining, roasting marshmallows, sharing family rememberances, playing games.... The house was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to Comfort, Kerrville and Camp Verde made it easy to visit those locations as well.

Wow! What a great property. We really enjoyed the amenities and loved the layout of the property. We used the golf cart to take a picnic lunch down to the river...and what a great, peaceful view. We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor pavillion. We used the outdoor fireplace for the cool evenings and cooked dinner on the grill. Really great setup. And the host answered all questions within minutes as our arrival date approached. We loved our girls weekend here!

Great family weekend. Plenty to do at the property. Guys had a great time playing pool and everyone loved playing bags (cornhole). There was a hot tub, but unfortunately we did not have enough time to take advantage of using it. Nice property to walk in the morning.

Relaxing Stay
Comfortable house in a great location. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed.
Easy access to the river but it was very low due to the drought. Thankfully the outdoor pool table and corn hole kept us occupied. We really enjoyed the porch and watching the birds and the deer. It was a short drive to Kerrville and Fredericksburg is only 30 minutes away.
Laura provided a lot of good information for the area and always responded quickly.
Hope we get the chance to return sometime when we have had more rain and the river is a little deeper.

Amazing property!
This property was absolutely amazing. From the front porch with plenty of seating to watch the deer, sunrises, and sunsets to the pavillion with all the amenities you need to have a fantastic family vacation. I am so glad they provided the golf cart to go back and forth to the river. Although the water was low it was still great and relaxing. The kids loved it. Laura was a great host and very attentive to our stay. Definitely will be coming back.

50th anniversary
We went to celebrate my wife’s parents 50th anniversary and we had a great time. We were able to cook a great meal using everything provided by the host. The check in and out process was very easy. The deer show up when the sun set and rises. Awesome atmosphere.

Plenty of room, had everything we needed, and too many outdoor activities and games to enjoy in our 3 day stay. A great relaxing visit enjoyed by the kids and the parents - highly recommended property!

Our stay
Our stay was really good. Was great fun sitting in the pavilion with a fire and listening to music there and on the deck. Bedrooms were well set-up and the beds comfortable. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful get-away.

Peaceful Retreat with River Access
We had an amazing time, from having a picnic at the river, fishing, and playing in the river. Every night and morning we saw deer in the backyard. It was so peaceful to be away from the city and we really enjoyed this property. We visited the Alamo and the Natural Bridge Caverns. We really enjoyed this peaceful getaway.

The host is amazing. Excellent communication. The property is beautiful, with plenty of room to gather in larger groups or to find a piece of solitude. We enjoyed the pavilion and the riverfront. We are already looking forward to returning.

Great Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay - even though the weather was crappy. This place would be a perfect summer getaway on the river. Owners are very nice and communicate well!! We will stay at River Hollow again - and bring our family!

The place was just as described. We had a family birthday party and everyone really enjoyed it. There was plenty of room and had everything we needed. Would like to comeback when the weather is warmer and can enjoy the great outdoor areas.

Stayed because it had 4 bedrooms for our golf group. Owner made special effort so we could watch world series game on TV even though the storm had knocked out the Dish Satelite.

Paradise in Center Point
What an incredible place, it was almost impossible to leave. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs watching the deer and humming-birds was so relaxing. The hosts went WAY above and beyond. I do not know how they trust strangers with such an incredible property. The river was too low for tubing but we enjoyed just sitting in tubes in the small pool area lined with rocks. I don’t really know where to stop complimenting the place but we can’t wait to go back and stay longer. Don’t miss the distillery in Comfort or the wine tasing room right beside it. Such a charming little community and so nice to be around friendly people outside of the city. I think it was Mick’s best birthday yet, and he’s had many birthdays lol 😉

We had a great time! River access was great. We tied up tubes and hung out in the river most days. There's a small current but nothing that my 8 and 5 year old couldn't walk around in. House was as described. Outdoor patio was great and where we spent most of our time. Owners were extremely communicative. We'll definitely be staying our here if we're out in that area again.

Beautiful river front property. Loved the covered patio with the grills, tables, couch, and pool table...we spent a lot of time there. Also, the river was just great...very private and clean. The house was in very good condition and spotless. Comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. The family enjoyed our digs and getting to spend a bit of time in the country. Didn't have the time to enjoy the hot tub, but it looked very inviting!

My family, which includes a toddler, infant, and dog stayed at the property and we had a great time. The property itself is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside, watching the deer munch at dusk, and feel the nice hill country breeze. When we had a family illness that forced us to leave early, Laura was kind enough to offer us a partial refund which she did not have to do. Highly recommend.
