Perfettamente situato nel centro storico della città, a pochi passi da tutti i principali siti di Firenze (Santa Croce, Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio e Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio e altro). Può ospitare fino a sei persone. Due ampie camere da letto (letti matrimoniali o separati), due bagni (uno con doccia, uno con vasca), un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e una cucina completamente attrezzata (frigorifero e freezer, forno, lavastoviglie, microonde). Molto confortevole, pieno di luce e spazioso.
Lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Aria condizionata e WI FI in tutte le camere.
Puoi chiedere una culla e un seggiolone per il tuo bambino. È al secondo piano (38 gradini), senza ascensore.
Possiamo suggerirvi visite guidate in inglese, francese, spagnolo e turco. Chiedi in anticipo
Se arrivate in auto, vi suggerisco di prenotare un garage in anticipo perché ci troviamo in una zona a traffico limitato. Altrimenti non avrai accesso a Via Pepi. Posso prenotare un garage per te, abbiamo una tariffa scontata al garage Fiesolana o Garage Verdi.
Se arrivate in autobus la fermata è su Via Ghibellina, molto vicino.

Have to say, its more like arriving at a hotel than an apartment, Nico who greeted us was very professional and walked us through the apartment, how everything worked, including how to contact him and even where the best supermarkets are. The devil is in the details as the phrase goes, and the details were certainly taken care of, down to umbrellas in the entry hall should it rain. The apartment really is fantastic, great views, high ceilings very well decorated and modern appliances and a/c. Be warned, there are stairs - but there are always stairs in Florence!
Location is amazing, literally 2 minutes walk (at the end of the street) is the Piazza di Santa Croce and the Basilica di Santa Croce - from there you can easily walk to any of the famous locations in Florence, restaurants are near by . . . all in all, the perfect place to stay & would definitely recommend and come back to

We accommodated some days in this apartment (2 adults and 2 children) and our experience was great. Very comfortable and well equipped, better than the webpage shows, it has all you need. Well located, you can go on foot to the most typical places of Firenze and feel the atmosphere of Santa Croce’s quarter, a very quiet place and out of the noisiest tourist areas. Daniela and Ruben were always very attentive with us offering all we needed. Yes, recommended!

Fantastic
This was a perfect place to stay while in Florence. It is within walking distance to all museums and galleria. The appartment is very well stocked, clean and plenty of room. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location in Florence
We enjoyed the apartment immensely. Plenty of room for us and our son ( & wife). When we opened the windows, it was quite refreshingly airy. Location is the best, just steps to Piazza di Santa Croce. This made navigating the city and back easy as we just had to find the piazza and were back to the apartment.

This home would have received 5 stars except for the following:
- The Keesy app required was cumbersome
- For 4 adults, a couple of extra living rooms seats would be more comfortable. There was one couch only. Perhaps a loveseat or a couple of Ikea lounge chairs? Also, a coffee table in front of the couch would have been convenient.
- The washer and dryer...Well, the washer worked but it was super tiny, we could fit maybe 4 articles at a time, and the dryer didn't dry our clothes at all.
- The one bathroom is very small with no counter/storage space.
- We had no A/C the first night but this was remedied the next morning
- The two full flights of stairs were not easy with luggage
The items mentioned above are minor and just for information. The apartment is lovely and we had perfect communication with Danielle and Ruben, and a great time in Florence!

A wonderful apartment for myself and my friends. Centrally located and a close walk to all the major sites, however just outside of the hustle and bustle of the more popular areas. Daniela and her associate Rubin left no question unanswered and made the process as easy as possible.

Excellent location near great food
We had a great stay! The location is on a quiet street well in walking distance to all the sites. The space was large for our family of 4 and the beds were fantastic.
There is a fantastic place for breakfast about 100 feet from the entrance of the apartment. When you exit turn towards the Santa Croce Piazza and it’s right on the corner. Amazing pastries and coffee.
Checking in was a breeze and the kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed the stay. And the air conditioning worked :)

The property fit all our needs for a family of 4. Great location near Santa Croce church. Well appointed apartment. We did not make any dinners but there was plenty of cooking essentials. A grocery was close by. Nice neighborhood. Great communication with Daniela and Chiara. Highly recommend

Don't be concerned about the stairwell, once you get in the apartment it is very modern and spacious but with lots of old world charm! Easy walking to river, train station, attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Very nice and convenient apartment near Santa Croce!
The apartment had everything we needed and they met us with a map and contact Info if we needed help. We loved having our coffee In th kitchen each morning with the kitchen window open. The beds and baths were very comfortable and we were able to do some laundry. Thank you Daniela!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location
I was lucky enough to call this apartment home for the four months I lived in Florence. The location of the apartment is perfect, literally steps away from historic Santa Croce with many shops and restaurants nearby with a larger grocery store (Conad) and fresh produce market (Sant'Ambrogio) just down the street. It is located in the city center of Florence, only five to ten minutes walking from the Duomo, but also in a bit of a quieter area. The Santa Croce area is definitely one of my favorite parts of Florence.
The apartment itself is beautiful, very nicely decorated and cute. Something that sets it apart from many of the other apartments I saw in the city is the amount of natural light. The apartment has quite a few windows that let in a lot of light and from the kitchen you even have a view of a small courtyard with a large tree (something not very common for Florence!) that I would love to look out at while eating breakfast every morning. The apartment just has a very homey feel to it. We had four people living there and the size was very accommodating.
Another huge benefit are the amenities the apartment offers: a full size refrigerator, dish washer, washing machine, and dryer. Dish washers and dryers are almost unheard of to find in Florence so this was a real added bonus for us.
Finally, the owner Daniela was incredible. She would check in with us and make sure everything was okay, as well as answer any questions or concerns immediately. She was always on call to help us.
This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend making this apartment your home in Florence, even just for a few days!

Home away from home, great apartment!
This property is a great apartment. It is beautiful and has such a perfect home away from home feel! It has everything that is necessary when traveling, such as washer, dryer, coffee pot, and more!! The kitchen is great for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms have plenty of space, are rather modern, and the whole place is kept very clean. Another benefit of this beautiful apartment is Piazza della Santa Croce located steps outside the front door! The landlord is also incredibly kind and responds to any needs or questions you may have promptly.

Excellent Location
Loved this place. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners worked great (which was very necessary in July), and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The location right off of Piazza Santa Croce was perfect. Great restaurants near by and easily walkable to the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries. Daniela was great, very helpful. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Firenze! Our apartment was clean and very spacious and in a perfect location! We had a great communication with Daniela, the owner, since the time of booking. Denis was very nice and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer! We defínetely recommend it!!

We had a great time here. The apartment had everything you need and was fully equipped. The design of the apartment was perfect fot us. Its location was excellent, all the major attraction within easy walking distance. If you don't fancy walking buses and taxis are easily available.

Excellent location, superb customer service
Excellent location. Walking distance to everything – cultural and historical sites, shopping, restaurants, train station, etc. Apartment comfortable, spacious, completely furnished and clean – indeed our home away from home. Daniela and Sheila were most gracious. They responded to all our queries and requests very quickly and competently, including restaurant recommendations/reservations and taxi reservations. Highly recommended.

This apartment was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Very close to Santa Croce, easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vechio. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. Bedrooms were comfortable, and two bathrooms was wonderful. Markets were nearby, along with many places to eat. The apartment was very nice, but the entrance is very plain. Hosts were very kind and welcoming, gladly helped with arranging taxis for transportation to the train station. Pleasant stay.

Wonderful
Daniella's daughter promptly met us at the apartment upon arrival in Florence. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to all the sights in historical area. We walked everywhere from the apartment.
