The cleaning staff were at the property and the keys were in the door so there was no issue. The cleaning staff were excellent. We had a couple extra cleans in the week which was really brilliant, what else. That was very welcome. We got a lot of use out of the pool and we're in it everyday which was fab and exactly why we booked the property. The location of the property is great with easy access to the beach and to the shops. Although it is behind the car park, that wasn't really a problem for us. There isn't a great amount of traffic going in and out so it didn't interrupt your view too much.

The property could have done with better storage. It was very limited. There wasn't enough places to store clothing. The property could benefit from having a larger fridge freezer. The current one only has a small cool box to freeze water or store food. As a family we were cooking breakfast and one other meal everyday for the 10 days we were there which meant that the storage just wasn't big enough. We did request for some wine glasses which very promptly arrived, but the kitchen tools are definitely sparse. The owner of the property was very present. He was on site once if not twice a day tending to his garden. There were moments where we arrived home and he was inside the property which was uncomfortable and I felt should have been communicated ahead of time rather than finding someone in the property that we had paid quite a lot of money for for the 10 days. The pool was great, however it really could have done with a good clean. There was quite a lot of algae in the pool and as a result we all got slightly green hair as a blonde family. As others has had mentioned, there is an issue with one of the aircon units in the double bedroom. The owner was concerned that we had the setting so low but the reality was although it was set to 18. The room was probably at around 28° c.

Nice views, safe area , quiet at night, lovely swimming pool, the villa was cleaned to a high standard There was a washing machine and lots of inflatables to use for the pool We really enjoyed the location, 2 mins to restaurants and beach

Air conditioning in the double bedroom needs replacing as it doesn’t work properly We were given a fan but it didn’t really help and the room was hot overnight

Great location Beautiful views Pool Clean

No WiFi for whole trip despite being assured it was being sorted out . This was the main issue . Poor mobile signal ( not the property owner’s fault) but combined with the WIFi absence meant no online access at all. Air con not working for a couple of nights is one room, hosts sorted this. Quite basic and lacking things like wine glasses , washing up liquid and soap in the bathroom It still on balance felt value for money but it could be much improved with very little effort .

All the mattress on all the Beds where like concrete.
