Godetevi le splendide viste sul lago o fogliame caduta dal ponte espansiva destra fuori della stanza di famiglia, una notte calda dal camino a legna, sci a Holiday Valley o Holimont, shopping e mangiare nei festival nelle vicinanze, giocare una partita in uno dei tanti golf nelle vicinanze corsi, o semplicemente allontanarsi per trascorrere il tempo con gli amici e la famiglia!
Svegliatevi con il sorgere del sole senza lasciare il vostro letto attraverso le porte scorrevoli nella camera matrimoniale. Un passo fuori sul ponte a guardare i tramonti sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino con gli amici, andare a pesca di ghiaccio o pattinare sul lago in inverno, o fare una nuotata in estate! La nostra grande casa lungolago ha un sacco di spazio e comfort. Quando hai finito di godersi le attività di lago o nelle vicinanze, rilassarsi davanti al pozzo del fuoco, hanno un barbecue sulla griglia, leggere dal fuoco, prendere in un film sul TV HD, o trascorrere qualche tempo in famiglia a giocare un gioco da tavolo o fare un di puzzle!

Bailey Beach House si trova su Lime Lake (a Delevan, New York). Siamo un'ora a sud di Buffalo, New York e solo una breve 15-20 minuti strada panoramica di Ellicottville, NY (Valley Holiday - Aspen d'Oriente), 40 minuti a Allegany State Park, e 40 minuti per il Casinò di Salamanca, a meno di un'ora per Letchworth State Park, e un 1 & 1/2 a Niagara Falls.
Un altro vantaggio della nostra casa è che l'ingresso è a livello della strada. Questo offre una fantastica vista sul lago, ma rende anche molto accessibile per chi non può o preferisce non camminare per decine di gradini per raggiungere la casa.

In estate abbiamo anche una piattaforma di nuotata, un pedalò, e un kayak per l'uso da affittuari (portare il proprio giubbotti di salvataggio per favore). Si prega di notare che non c'è una spiaggia di sabbia sulla nostra proprietà, ma si può camminare a destra fuori in acqua o immettere dal molo.

We had a nice time at the lake. Bonus with the kayaks and paddle boat. Fishing off the dock was perfect for the grandkids. House is stocked with all the essentials. The fire pit had plenty of wood for campfires. There’s a lot of stairs! Downstairs bathroom and bedroom are tiny, but manageable.

This place is absolutely amazing! We came to New York for work during some really cold times. This house was perfect to come home to from an extremely cold day outside working. So cozy, comfy and warm. Even got to view some folks out on the lake ice fishing. Brian has been so helpful with information on all the local places to eat, shop and things to do. Very responsive whenever we do have questions. Will definitely stay again but hopefully it will be for fun and not work.

The home is perfect for a stay at a very nice lake. Especially, if you are a water lover. There is also a lot to do in winter if you enjoy snow. The neighbors are very friendly. My family used the property for a family get together for a Canadian Thanksgiving in October. Everything went well. There was plenty of room for our family. The property manager was friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We just love this place. Some upgrades (propane grill, new docks, additional kayaks, etc) since our last visit have made our stay that much better. Clean and spacious and all the comforts of home. Can't wait to return.

Amazing View
My family including our 9 year old grandson had a great time. This was our second stay at this property. Cottage was well equipped clean and spacious. My grandson had a blast fishing and swimming off the dock. We all had fun kayaking and using pedal boat. Hope to return next summer.

Perfect family vacation!
We had an amazing vacation! We loved kayaking and pedal boating on the quaint lake, as well as swimming and jumping off the floating dock. There are way too many positives to mention, and we look forward to returning!

Great family get away
The house and location was perfect. House was clean and Brian was very helpful when needed. Views from the upper porch was amazing. My family enjoyed the swimming, kayaking and s’more making by the fire. It was the perfect little get away.

Lime Lake visit
Host Brian was very responsive. We had a few questions re the TV and he texted back to us almost immediately. There is no AC as listed and we knew it going in. One day was a little warm but the fan was helpful. Used the grill several times: worked fine. Kitchen was well supplied..very important to us as we did a lot of cooking. Dishwasher super easy to use. Downstairs bathroom a little tight but I used it with no problem. Stairs to the water are steep so we took our time :no problem. Brian was very up front re stairs to the water before we rented and we appreciate his honesty. and yes, we did catch a fish from the dock. Living room furniture comfy and user friendly meaning we did not feel like we were in a "do not touch" type of rental (and we've had a few of those to know what we're talking about. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at Lime Lake. It was exactly what we wanted and was very accurately described. Thank you to host Brian.

Beautiful home, great stay, excellent commnuication
This was a beautiful house overlooking the lake. Very clean, and great communication from the owner. Check-in was as easy as could be. Lots of places to sleep, stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed the foosball table too!

Thanksgiving getaway
This home perfectly accommodated 4 adults and 5 children for a holiday weekend. Brian was extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of. Everything was perfect, we had a great time!

Amazing view
The house was very spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything you would need including firewood. The deck overlooking the lake was large and gated, perfect for small children. Enjoyed the use of the kayaks and pedal boat. Would stay again next summer.

I contacted the host/owner prior to ensure there were sufficient working window A/C's and was assured there were. Unfortunately, the A/C's blew tepid air. We were never comfortable.

Had a great girls weekend!
Brian was a great host and everything was just as described! There was plenty of room and the view was beautiful! Would definitely love to go back next year. I went with a group of girl friends, but it would be a great place to take my family as well.

Wonderful Autumn Getaway
Wonderful place for a relaxing Fall getaway. The house was clean and very prepared for our visit, having all the amenities we needed. The views from the house are just stunning and we really enjoyed getting use of the grill and fire pit (firewood provided also). We would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Cozy, comfy and very clean - and everything we needed (and more) at our finger tips. Communication an A+ from start to finish. Lots of room both inside and out for all sorts of activities. You won't be disappointed with your stay at Bailey's Beach House. We can't wait to come back.

Would highly recommend this lovely home to friends. We rented due to not being able to get to our summer home in Canada and being right on the water was perfect. Your home was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you so much and hope to be back.
