Vista mozzafiato sull'estremità orientale dell'isola che comprende l'isola di Buck e all'estremo ovest come l'occhio può vedere. La piscina di acqua salata riscaldata elettricamente * si affaccia sul panorama e si possono vedere Tortola, San Tommaso, San Giovanni e Virgin Gorda. Di notte è ancora spettacolare con le luci scintillanti della città di Christiansted. La zona giorno principale e la cucina sono dotate di aria condizionata, dove si può godere la vista e il grande schermo tv e cenare in tutta comodità. Ci sono cinque letti king size con due quattro poster con aria condizionata in ogni camera da letto. Due televisori a grande schermo con grandi sistemi di altoparlanti - uno è di 70 pollici 3-D con lettore dvd nella zona giorno principale e l'altro è di 65 pollici con dvd nella camera da letto principale. La camera da letto principale ha una grande vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi con vista sul mare e sulla città con San Tommaso all'orizzonte. Questa vasca idromassaggio è abbastanza grande per quattro persone. Tutti gli arredi sono di alta qualità e mogano dappertutto. Tutte le camere sono king size e climatizzate. Recentemente abbiamo ristrutturato l'appartamento al piano inferiore con la sua cucina completa e bagno privato, che è l'ideale per un adolescente o una bambinaia. I mobili da patio Panama Jack includono un divano letto, sedie e un grande tavolo per otto persone all'esterno. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, compattatore per rifiuti, microonde e piano cottura elettrico con due forni doppi. Anche la proprietà ha una griglia propano all'esterno. La casa si trova su una collina alta ed è molto privata con un cancello elettrico per una maggiore sicurezza e un grande vialetto e posto auto coperto per la vostra auto. Abbiamo la banda larga wifi in modo da poter sedersi al bar per la colazione e calcolare mentre si guarda l'acqua turchese oltre la piscina e il patio. È molto comodo per negozi e ristoranti. È a 5 minuti da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola. Le spiagge sono a soli cinque minuti di distanza. Portare il tuo spazzolino da denti è tutto ciò che è necessario in Paradiso!

Wonderful location. Awesome house and property. View was so calming. Definitely get a jeep or an SUV to get to property. Will echo what others have said that house needs some updating. Would stay again for sure

Unfortunately the last renters left the house a absolute disaster (in our opinion they should not get their deposit back) so the cleaning lady’s were still working hard when we arrived there for two hours after the checkin time. After they thoroughly cleaned the entire place everything was wonderful. We all decided that we will definitely come back to this location. The view was breathtaking, the pool was clean, the kitchen was wonderful to cook in, and we even took advantage of the sitting lounge. The only complaint two of our people had was that the bed in the middle bedroom was uncomfortable the sheets were dirty and the ac unit stopped working about half way through our trip. All in all we had a wonderful time and I’m so glad we picked this house.

House is large with the most incredible views. External property is lovely with beautiful foliage. You get used to the bumpy ride up the hill it is worth it for the view. Close to everything. Hate to give it less than a five but for the price the internal house needs updating. Not ideal if you have toddlers or someone with mobility issues.
Donna and team were super responsive and provided welcome snacks for our arrival. The house is fully stocked with kitchen items and included spices for cooking. Would rent again once it’s refreshed. Stayed 13 nights.

The house is amazing. The views, the rooms, the decor, the pool - all of it were amazing. Like pretty much every where we went on the island the road leading up to the house is, err, "rugged" or "rustic" but once you get used to it, its not bad at all. We explored all over the island and still spent much of our time in Christiansted, so the location is perfect especially if you book a snorkeling trip to Buck Island on Big Beard charters. There is a small grocery store 2 minutes from the house which is great for a quick trip or limited items but if you can drive 10-15min I'd highly recommend going to one of the other much larger groceries - bigger selection and lower prices. If you dont mind getting up at 445am, its definitely worth the short drive to Udal Point for the sunrise - great picture opportunities. The only thing to be aware of with the house is water pressure, since its on a cistern and uses a pump, the pressure isn't what many people are used to on the mainland where they have city water - its not a bad thing by any means just something to be aware of. In talking with locals we learned that, like the roads, its part of island living. One of our favorite things about the house - sitting on the pool deck or in the pool at the end of the day and listening to the music / karaoke drift up to us on the wind currents from downtown Christiansted - it was just loud enough to be heard on the deck but you could not hear it in the house at all. Lastly, with the exception of our 14 & 17 year old, us adults (23 & 26yr old kids and us parents) didn't turn on or watch any TV, not once in 8 days. The views are so commanding you want to spend as much time outside on the deck as possible.
We'd stay there again without the slightest hesitation. We all highly recommend the property.

This home was perfectly for our family. The home had everything. Beds were very comfortable. Everything about this home was beautiful. If looking for a home choose this one. ❤️

I have rented many VRBO houses, and stayed on St. Croix 4 times, and this house is the nicest. The view! From every room! The house is lovely, comfortable, and the views were great. I stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and 2 kids. We all had plenty of space. The pool was warm, the deck was where I spent a lot of time. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. I had read in other reviews that the road up the hill was steep, so I was prepared. Be sure to have a 4 wheel drive car, and drive slowly around the many potholes - I drove this hill several times a day and I got very good at it, but it was daunting at first. We walked up the road from the house to the top of Recovery Hill every day- good excersie and great views. I am a bird watcher and this house had so many nice ways to see birds. Red tailed hawks and a peregrine falcon flew by every day. Baanquits and Grassquits hang out in the tree in the side yard. Two kinds of hummingbirds! I wish I could buy this house. The water comes from a well, (and tastes great) and the water pressure in the kitchen sink is a little low, but that is literally the only thing I can think that wasn't stellar. We drove to one of the island's larger grocery stores on our first day there, but then discovered the market at the bottom of the hill had everything we needed (and had better produce than that major market). I definitely hope to return to this house.

We used the property for a month while working at the refinery. It suited our needs very nicely. Entire property is air conditioned. Very hard to find in St. Croix. Has a great view of the harbor and town. Close to everything. We will plan on staying here again in the future.

Our family 5 adults and 2 children enjoyed our Easterweek on Saint Croix in the Big villa with a lot of space for everybody. The pool was Big and was used of everybody and the view over Christiansted and the See where the Sun was declining was magnificent.
The kitchen functioned but some instructions to how the maschines functioned would have been good.
We Will come back to the wonderfull House again if we visit Saint Croix.

This was our second time on St. Croix and this house was incredible! There were eight adults and two children in our party and the Villa de Mer had more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The separate apartment worked wonderfully for the couple with two small children. The house is beautifully appointed and the view from the patio/pool area is breathtaking. The house is perched above the Christiansted harbor and is close to the boardwalk, multiple grocery stores, and is only a 20-25 minute drive from the airport and some of the best beaches on the island (Cane Bay and Rainbow are our favorites!). Donna was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Seriously, this house is amazing. I can't say enough good things about it. Just do yourself a favor and rent a SUV or 4x4. We got a jeep. The driveway up is no joke, but well worth the trip for the outcome. We absolutely loved this home and if we stay in St. Croix ever again we will look to reserve this house before looking anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.
