Historic Scoville Mansion Loft
Questo appartamento di 1600 sq ft risiede nel più grande 4800 sq ft. Alva Scoville Mansion. Costruito nel 1905 e restaurato nel 2015. Questo spazio fonde dettagli storici come fondamenta in pietra a vista e travi in legno originali con finiture più moderne come elettrodomestici in acciaio e banconi in cemento, nonché una moderna doccia personalizzata giustapposta a una vasca originale con piedini ad artiglio. Lo spazio soppalcato si trova al piano seminterrato (motivo per cui ha quei muri di pietra simili a castelli) ma ha il suo ingresso. Situato appena fuori dalla storica Jefferson, a pochi passi dai vivaci ristoranti, bar e locali notturni della storica 25th Street.

My husband and I (50+ YO) stayed at the Scoville Mansion basement loft for a month (Feb-Mar). We loved it…it was very charming inside and had every amenity you could ask for - our host, Jared, was awesome and very responsive when contacted. The location was excellent as you could walk to several restaurants, shops, and bars -great variety of food and entertainment. There are 3 ski resorts within 20-30 minutes and we had excellent time at all three - Powder Mountain was our favorite but the others were also great. We definitely would recommend this place and when we are back in Ogden we will definitely be staying here or in one of Jared’s other locations…you can’t go wrong with this property.

Who’s our pleasure to stay at his house it was close to everything and he was very helpful on things to do because we’ve never been to Utah thanks again Jared

Very nice place for a long weekend in Ogden. The host Jared was very responsive and was nice enough to let us check in early once the apartment was ready. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well stocked. Very unique and well decorated in a historic home close to the main drag and lots of bars and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again if we are back in Ogden and highly recommend!

Cute property but needs a bit of attention regarding cleanliness. We had spider webs at the entry and in the shower. Ants by the coffee maker our first morning. Coffee maker was dirty. Air fryer (we didn’t use) didn’t look like the last person cleaned it out. Ice maker was clogged. Toaster was dirty. Keep in mind that someone lives upstairs and you can hear pretty much all walking flushing water running and conversations in certain areas. Duck when you enter the basement. It’s a bit precarious walking into the apartment. 1st step is a doozy. Communication was a bit slow. They could use a booklet with instructions on the unit. Would be helpful and eliminate communication issues.
