Il complesso è splendidamente paesaggistico con manutenzione annuale. Sarai a pochi passi da una grande spiaggia privata / area di nuotata con boe per le barche. Campi da tennis comunali e tavoli da ping pong sono disponibili stagionalmente. La nostra residenza cittadina è di 1700 piedi quadrati e supporta un grande prato tranquillo. Le vedute da entrambi i balconi non sono ostruite dagli edifici ed è una zona molto piacevole dove rilassarsi. Questo è un 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, 2 piani a casa con soggiorno al piano superiore per massimizzare le viste. Insieme al camino la casa ha 2 ponti per i barbecue con una griglia a gas. Completamente arredato con tutto il necessario. Utensili da cucina, tutte le lenzuola / asciugamani, TV, cavo digitale e lettore DVD. Molto confortevole con ampi spazi abitativi. Posti letto 6-8 persone e consentiamo fino a 10. 1 letto king size, 2 regine e un divano letto estraibile. Rimozione della neve fornita fino al gradino della porta principale nei mesi invernali. Situato sul lago con una spiaggia privata per le attività estive.

The condo felt much bigger than what was pictured in the photos. It also was for the most part, very clean. It is a bit dated, but the living furniture was newer, and the sofas and beds were very comfy. All TVs were flatscreen.
If you're low maintenance, this place is great. If you like modern upgrades, this place might not be for you. For our simple family with two toddlers and also an aging (grand)parent, this place was awesome.

This property states room for 8 to sleep when in actuality it is only for 6. Property management brought us an air mattress upon our request that leaked and had a visible duck tape patch. Couch in ad I’d misleading and not the couch that’s there. We are a family of 8, all adults and the sleeping situation was a problem.

The beach is a 4 minute walk and M-F we had it to ourselves. We spent a lot of time there and loved every minute. We had a wonderful time. The rental was comfortable, and pretty clean. Plenty of couch space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fine for a beach/mountain vacation. Great Quiet Rental
The reservation and check in procedure were very easy and the rental was just as advertised. It was perfect for 4 of us for a week.
One maintenance item which could use some attention is the hole in the upstairs patio screen. There is a wasp nest somewhere nearby (not unusual), and the hole allowed 3 or 4 of them to get inside throughout the week. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it could be for someone with a severe allergy if stung.
Overall we really enjoyed the secluded neighborhood and enjoyed our week there. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect place for our mini family getaway. The condo provided so much and our private beach access was great since all the beaches were full on Saturday and Sunday. We will definitely book again. Brandon was easy to work with and easy to get ahold of.

Lake Tahoe Family Reunion
I'm a Lake Tahoe local and used Tahoe All Seasons Properties to book 2 properties for my family to visit during the summer. The properties were close together and accommodated the size of my family. There were activities near that appealed to everyone in our group. The properties are so close to the lake that it was hard to keep the kids away and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the beach. We were walking distance to Roundhill Pines Beach where you can rent watersports equipment. The 2 back decks of the property face the open meadow and offer the perfect setting if you're looking for a place to relax or read a book in the beautiful outdoors of Lake Tahoe. The house was spacious and just had a homey feel. The house is equipped with WiFi and TV if you're looking for some down time in the house. Will definitely return and recommend!

We had an amazing weekend at Lake Tahoe. The condo was excellent, clean and the beds are very confy. The condo is supplied with all items needed to cook etc. It is very close to many activities in Lake Tahoe stores, casinos, snow. :) They have a amazing private beach which we took beautiful pictures. We had a awesome family night playing games by the fire place. It also has a deck with a BBQ pit. I can't wait to go back.. :)

Fun family getaway
I had an amazing vacation with my family this week. The condo we stayed in was cozy with the kitchen, living and dining room all open to one another. The fireplace kept the upstairs nice and toasty while we gathered around and played board games while the rest of us cooked and barbequed off the deck. We cooked every night, and had everything there at our convenience. The grocery store was located a couple miles away, which was perfect. Best of all, I loved walkng around the corner to the private beach while I drank my coffee and sat on the pier while my kids skipped rocks in the water. I love coming back year after year for our winter and summer trips! I recommend everyone does the same! :)

Awesome condo!
This condo just felt like home. It has everything a family needs. It's very cozy. The location is just great it's right by the lake and it's only a few miles from the casino. I would visit this place once a month if I could. I can't wait to come up here and stay again very soon.

Perfect for Christmas Ski Trip
We loved and it thought thr condo was great. Location is good, amenities are all included and it fit our family perfectly. Everything in the condo says late 1970's or 80's, but works perfectly!

Home away from home...
Location! Location! Location! This condo is amazing! Can't beat being right next to the lake in a gated community and only a couple of minutes away from the casinos! On top of the great location, this condo felt like home! Had everything I needed from washer and dryer downstairs, to the BBQ on the balcony! I wouldn't mind calling this my second home if I could. Definitely would recommend this condo for any trip to Tahoe, winter or summer.

The most perfect and affordable condo!! SO HAPPY!
We came up here for New Years weekend, which is one of the busiest days for Tahoe. Brandon was very helpful and reliable when it came to booking the condo with only a month away from New Years! Seriously, I was so lucky to find this rental online with not that much time left. Our trip was for Snowglobe, which was PERFECT because the condo is only 3 miles away from the shuttle pick up of Snowglobe. It is also through the back way, so you miss the town heavy traffic. We also went to Heavenly during the day, which was only 15 minutes away from our condo. The condo was seriously in the BEST location.
The condo was everything I wanted and moree. The three bed rooms were all large and spacious with queen beds in each one. Honestly, I ended up the majority of the nights on the comfy large wrap around couch in the living room. The condo is 2 stories, with two rooms on the bottom and one on the top. Bathrooms for each room also. The view we had was probably my favorite part. Overlooked the meadows with tall trees in the backyard and a patio on the 2nd floor to hang out on if you'd like. Kitchen as fully stocked, but you may want to bring your own spices, of course.
I overall enjoyed my experience because the condo was beautifully clean and cozy, Brandon was quick to respond to my questions, I.E. a text in the morning for late check out, and the location was perfect. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this rental :)
